Here's the thing -- this honest technician tried to leave without charging me, since he didn't do service. I shoved $100 into his hand because he spent almost 2 hrs on my car making it functional, and he refused all but $20.00. Unbelievable. Dingo's you can use all kinds excuse to explain, the truth is you don't want to take time and patient , you say you have all excellent review, then why after I talk to you about my concern, then you bring out the tools starting fix the dent. I we around back and was fortunate enough to find a space at their address, but when I parked there, I was told I couldn't because they needed to pull a car out. I told them I was there for an estimate, so it shouldn't take three minutes. At which point another guy came out and told me to move because "this isn't free parking" ... in spite of the fact it was. Naturally, it goes without saying, I moved my truck ... right on down the road. Although I did remain there long enough to determine whether they were truthful in their claim about having to move a car out ... which they did not ... I did not bother them for the estimate. I remain unclear as to why they approach customers with such a bitter, intolerant toxicity for absolutely no reason or gain whatsoever, but you need to weight that before considering this firm as a vendor.
