10/10 highly recommend this was the best customer experience I have ever had. They fixed my car in…read morelike 3-4 business days that's the quickest I have ever had my car fixed they will definitely be my go to from now on. They even delivered my vehicle to me so I didn't have to figure out a way to get up there or go back and forth trying to get the vehicle back home. Maurice was amazing was very helpful and communicated throughout the whole process. Never had an issue answering the million of questions I had. It even look like detailed cleaned my car inside and out. It look like I just got my car off the lot. I appreciate you all so much thank you!!!!!!!

The Snellville location is not one that needs to remain open. It took three trips to get my car,…read moreand the first trip was blatant lack of care. I went to pick my car up the week of the 1st, after being there almost a month at that point. They had put pieces back on my car that were clearly broken, I could put my hand through the busted wheel well liner, the ground effects on the front were cracked on the bottom and the nose trim was broken and clearly visible. Some of the parts that were broken, I had to lay on the ground to see. They charged my insurance for the parts that were not replaced. The paint was orange peeled, rippled. I pointed this out the first trip and they did not touch it, removed the marker that circled it to show the issue. The last trip, yesterday to pick it up, the paint was repaired. There was a piece of trim pointed out on the second trip that was loose, they glued it to the lower ground effect trim, so it didn't move but was not "fixed". My auto dim on my car currently doesn't work, found that out this morning. The hood does not align correctly, but I'm tired of dealing with this location and will not use them again for any repairs and will tell people I know and my insurance company about this experience.

The body work was perfect! Can't even tell it was ever in an accident! I highly recommend this company. These guys are top notch!

I feel like I was ripped off of a process that should have been streamlined and easy. There is…read moretraining that is needed by Ashley Bolton and the front desk staff that do the intake of the vehicles and her ability to deliver the type of customer that I considered Caliber Collision Lilburn to have, she is not qualified. Her crass responses and overtalking is not good customer service etiquette and it demoralizes the integrity of the company to continue to staff her. I will never take any vehicle here despite the mixed reviews I've seen on line, I will refer to other collision repair companies, and I suggest people do the same. The customer service here was subpar. I took my vehicle here and the intake of my vehicle was not appropriately done, and now after 3 weeks of my car sitting while they figure out the insurance part, I've been charged erroneously, I've had a hard time with getting any manager or other supervisor to even care about this unless I call and ask for a higher up in management to intervene. The customer service and service expectation is lacking at this location. Ashley, an adjuster who works closely to customers, doesn't respond promptly and Chris the manager hasn't even called once about this matter, the only way I spoke to him was because I asked to speak to a manager. He's never followed up with me or checked in with a customer that is having difficulties within his front-line staff. Ridiculous. TO A SHORT END: After speaking in depths of my disappointment in service, Chris reached out to his GM and they made adjustments to an out of pocket amount, I already felt I shouldn't have had. No one from the company has reached out to get details so something like this does not get repeated.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!…read more Before and if you decide to leave your vehicle here...BEWARE. What you expect is not necessarily what you may receive. I dropped off vehicle Sunday 11/27 for service start of 11/28. In my experience...as told to me by owner/manager Jay service can be completed same day if vehicle dropped off early a.m....or worse case by the end of the week Friday 12/2....then it was possibly Tuesday 12/6 of the new week. What I learned is this shop was in the process of training a new individual to paint vehicles. That means there was a staffing shortage. That means owner/manager should have let me know that when he first became aware of his staffing issue. But he did not. I phoned him two times within the week of 11/27 because I saw that my vehicle was still in the same parking spot where I dropped it off on Sunday 11/27 and not being serviced in the time frame he indicated. And although he said he would call me to confirm when vehicle would be complete....he did not. When I phoned him, I learned that my vehicle was 5th in line to be serviced. The point here is that Jay sat on my vehicle for 6 days knowing he did not have adequate staffing to complete the paint job on my truck and others I'm sure. As a first time customer, he did not think enough of me to say "hey we are backlogged with our paint jobs." How do you want to proceed? Maybe I could have located another shop to do the job in those days I lost with him. Instead he said nothing. Maybe that's his way of doing business....maybe he did not want to lose a sale or maybe he has so much business that mine did not matter....either way, it was wrong how he handled the situation and now I understand why a previous review complained about this very same issue. Again....BEWARE.

Well....Kimberly White noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I cannot recommend them enough!
