Through no fault of my own, I was involved in a small fender bender where the other person's insurance covered me. I opted for Brian's because of the good reviews on Yelp, and because of its proximity to where my place used to be. From start to finish, the people here were great. Of course, the insurance covered the car rental, as well as fixing my bumper, so I can't speak much about if there pricing is comparative or better than other's because I didn't need to do any kind of price comparison. From the outside, there was a 2-3" dent from the car that hit me, which ended up costing something like $400-450 from insurance because there was more damage than there appeared to be from the outside. Brian's completed the job in a timely manner, which simply meant in the allotted time that I was covered for the car rental. When I got my car back, it was also cleaned and vacuumed, which I was very impressed with. I try not to have a terribly messy interior, but I must admit that I don't vacuum it out as much as I should. I was very thankful that they included that in the cost of the repairs. It wasn't until a couple of weeks later that I reached for some change when I realized that all the change I had in that little divet next to the window control was gone. It was also gone from the other side of the car as well. I searched through the interior, thinking maybe they'd put it in the glove compartment or something, but every cent had been removed. I imagine that they cleaned the car and simply forgot to give me my change back, and it was only a few dollars, but if I had passed through a toll and not had change, well... Let's just say that would have been an embarrassing situation since I don't generally keep cash on hand. It's why I like to keep a few dollars worth of change in my car when I'm traveling, so I suggest if you also keep change in your car to remove it to your glove box before getting it worked on and cleaned. Regardless of that little instance, I would still highly recommend Brian's. A lot of mechanics talk down to women, and no one at this establishment did that. They kept me informed every step of the way, including when they realized the damages were more severe than they initially appeared. They knew my insurance was covering it, and yet they still gave me that courtesy call, which I really appreciated. read more

.i can not say enough about what a great experience I had, having my 2021 Ford Edge repaired by Brian's. My car looks just like it did the day I bought it, I mean you absolutely can not tell it was in an accident. For those of you who have been in an accident, I can tell you the stress of getting repair work done is up there, but Brian's folks all of them from Michelle, William, Billy, and Brian too, they all made the whole process easy. The first day I walked in, Michelle explained to me how everything would be handled and William went over the estimate with me. I took the car in on 3/2 and they had it completed on 3/9. In addition, they worked with my insurance company and they have a good relationship with Enterprise leasing so the rental process was easy as well. I had an accident and I took my car to Brian's Precision Body & Paint, to get it fix. The were a very nice and helpful. I had problems with my rental car (Hertz). Hertz wouldn't pick up the phone to confirm they will bring the car to the shop. They help call Hertz and at the end they took me to the rental place to get the rental. I give them 110% on customer service. Also they did a excellent job fixing my car. I give them 5 stars cause I can't given them more. Recommend this place!! read more

This place corners people and will say that your car is a total lost -even if it isn't-so you have to get your car fixed here or they will make it to whereas you won't be able to drive the car. They will go to the state and yank your title!! Do not come here!! read more

(They even removed a small area of paint above my tire that was unrelated to replacing the bumper...and the inside/outside of my car was spotless when I picked up the vehicle!!). Hard pass.   See review by Marianq. Same thing happened to the point where I opted not to repair a dent in rear door to try to bridge the gap between Brian's and the insurance company. Insurance seemed to be willing to work but Brain's rep wouldn't budge on anything they would do and that was aggravating since it's my car and if I opted not to do something cosmetic (not a safety issue) that should be my choice. Insurance ended up totaling car over as a result. I had the same "customer service rep" as Marianq with same results that was the last thing I thought would happen. read more

I had used Brian's in the past and had no problems. I was in a fender bender in my daughter's car and took it to Brian's because of it's proximit to where I live. From the beginning phone call Billy was not very customer friendly and I would have opted to go somewhere else. My daughter decided to take it here and as I initially thought he was a jerk. In the end the car was totaled and he put all kinds of things on the estimate to devalue the car. Luckily he sent pictures and the adjuster agreed that he was being particularly harsh. WOW! I just got my car back from repairs at Brian's and it looks amazing. I am delighted with this business from their receptionist to sales/estimator to the actual work. They were beyond courteous and answered all my questions and provided multiple options for my repairs. They got my car back to me very quickly. And it looks new again!!! Terrible experience. Do not take your car here if you want it back in a timely manner. Billy might be the rudest person I've ever come in contact with and I'm not sure why they even allow him to speak with customers because he has absolutely no communication skills whatsoever. If they go over the estimated date to pick up your car they will not take 2 minutes out of their day to give you a call the day before to give you an update instead they will wait until you call to give you the update on the day of. Total disregard for what a customer may have planned for that weekend. No professionalism out of Billy at all. read more

Nothing but top-notch service from the time I stepped in their door to when I picked up my car. I was the filling in a 3 car accident. My car received rear and front end damage. My insurance company recommended Brian's as one of their top body shops. I took my car and was given as estimate on the spot, along with a begin day and estimated time of completion. I was called and updated about the repair process. Unfortunately, I was also updated about additional damage discovered after damaged parts had been removed. Even with additional damage discovered, my car was ready for pick up at the original completion time. I was so impressed by their professionalism, I recommended Brian's to a co-worker before I even saw my car after the repairs!! The staff at Brian's were professional and courteous!! Brian's was great throughout the entire process. After my Corvette was hit in a parking lot, I went to Brian's to get an estimate. The process was quick and easy, and Brian told me that he would work with whatever insurance company to guarantee that he delivered a great job. It took some time for them to be able to start the repair as they were being sent bumpers that didn't meet their standards. I'll always wait a few extra days for quality workmanship. A relative of mines needed to come here to get an estimate done on his car. They were open on a Saturday, which apparently is a rare thing - so that was great. I took my brother there, and they took a look at my brother's car, wrote up an initial estimate, and had us out the door in less than half an hour. I forget if the man that helped us was Brian or another colleague, but he was polite and informative. Although we ultimately did not bring the car to Brian's for repairs, I thought they were very professional and could see myself bringing my own car there in the future if I needed to. read more

Brought my 2013.Lexus GS 350 here after reading previous reviews. I had bumper, and body damage after running over a tractor trailer tire in the middle of the road. My car only has 28,000 miles on it, and was in pristine condition. I was referred to a few other shops that would have been cheaper, but I've been that route before. Dropped my car off on a Monday, and they had my car ready exactly when they said it would, a week later. Everyone in the office were totally professional, answering any questions a customer may have, not trying to rush you off. The young lady at the front desk, I forget her name, but she was awesome! Always polite, and patient even after I called several times. My vehicle looks just as good as it was prior to the accident. They even called me a few days later to inquire if I was satisfied. Well I'm am.... Totally satisfied. Thanks to all of the folks at Brian's who help make this place tops on my list. My advice to those trying to save a penny. I went to get a simple scratch fixed in my car. They told me that it was a simple fix . After leaving it at the shop they called me and told me that when they took off the bumper it cracked. Now they are refusing to pay for it or fix it. I tried to tell them when I brought the car in the bumper was not cracked so why must I take it back with a crack. The people that I spoke with are really unprofessional, rude and would not continue discussing the issue with me when I clearly had more questions to ask them. I will never get my car fixed here again. This has been the worst experience I have ever. received. read more

I have had 3 experiences dealing with 3 separate auto body shops. 1st Experience: Unnamed Auto Body Shop near Snellville, GA. My vehicle was not ready when promise, even though I ask for the worst case time frame. I had to basically plead with the employee to have my car ready by a certain date. My car insurance provided an "economy size" rental, which was a compact car it was not something you want to ride around in any longer than you have to. 2nd Experience: Unnamed Auto Body Shop near Snellville, GA. A ladder feel off a truck and hit my 8 month old 2016 Mazda 6. The owner of the ladder did not stop. I called my insurance company and go a list of ABS (Auto Body Shops) near me that worked with my insurance. I went to one that was closest to my home. I took the car there. A guy looked the car over after I waited for about 10 minutes (I didn't have an appt.). He said I would get an estimate the next day and gave me his business card. I emailed and called and after the 10th day. I finally got an estimate via email. I replied to the email to let me know when they could start the work and I was ready to move forward. That was July 27th. 3rd Experience with Brian's Precision Body and Paint: My insurance company made the appt. for the same day I called. When I arrived around 2:30 pm on a Friday, July 29th, I was greeted with a hand shake and offered coffee and a seat for a few minutes while Brian was finishing his lunch. Less than 5 minutes later, Brian came out and introduced himself and greeted me with my second hand shake. We walked outside to my car. He took some pictures and confirmed my contact information that my insurance company had provided. He said he would have an estimate to me as soon as possible. I received the estimate via email at 10:05 pm on the same day. It was half the cost of the ABS during my 2nd experience. I replied to ask when they could start. Brian replied August 8th, said the repairs would take about 10 days. I delivered the vehicle the on August 7th. I received status update call on the 5th day, and was able to pick-up my car on the 9th day. Brian's Precision Body and Paint did an exceptional job. I was more than pleased. My new car looked like the day I drove it off the car lot. Brian does great work. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, I know exactly who to trust my vehicle with. The staff at Brian's went above and beyond with my car repairs! From the beginning, Leonede was very friendly and helpful on the phone, setting up my appointment. It was an easy drop off process and they did excellent work on my car. I was a bit stressed when I went to pick up my car as I was balancing a crying child, needed to transfer car seat and other baby gear from rental car to my car. They really went above and beyond with helping me transfer everything. After a slight issue (not their fault!), they exceeded my expectations with fixing it and taking car of me (us!). I was dealing with a colleague named Billy. Billy was very rude and impatient. When I called asking for an update on my vehicle, he would tell me he would call me back by the end of business day.. well he never did. Each and every time I had to call him repeatedly to get a response from him. When doing a supplemental claim, he is very slow and is very inconsiderate of the fact that this is MY VEHICLE that is out of service and causing me inconvenience. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this shop.. and sadly I believe if I had someone else assisting me, I would have had a better experience. read more
