An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place. I needed to get this done ASAP. I visited my dealership and they wanted to charge $2,300, even after I got $1,500 worth of work previously. A friend told me about this place, and I'm glad he did! I filled out the questionnaire online, and within an hour I was contacted by somebody for more insight and to schedule an appointment. He did some calculations and said he could get the SAME job done for $1,500!!! That's an $800 difference!! Upon arrival I can tell thee guys keep a busy, tight shop. Communication is well, they work very efficient and the staff is friendly. My car took over 24 hours to complete and they provided a shuttle to drop me home. The next day I paid for the transaction, treated myself to an Orange Fanta from their selection of beverages in the waiting room, and drove off. My car is performing much better, and I'm glad I brought it here! I will definitely be back for other services.

Traveling for Atlanta Ga to Greenville SC, we stopped @ exit 111 to tank up on food, but there were vapors coming from under the hood, and a HOT temp gauge. They took us to a garage in Suwanee GA. , (fun for the dogs ... they got to ride in the car while on the RollBack!!!) and the service we received could not have been more professional. During the visit, the manager, Sean, told me my car needed four new tires and a rear brake job, quoting me around $2,300. I explained that I needed time to review my budget and schedule before committing to such a large expense. At that point, the interaction became uncomfortable. Sean questioned my response and said he didn't believe me, claiming that brake work had been recommended before. He then began lowering the offer on the spot, first suggesting rotors and pads for $540, then just pads for $420, despite my clearly stating I wasn't ready to proceed. The entire exchange felt very pushy and sales-driven rather than focused on customer care. When I finally said I wouldn't be returning, Sean responded rudely, saying it was "better for both of us" and implying I was only there for the oil change deal and not supporting the business. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure about the quality of the service I had just received. In fact, I ended up taking my car elsewhere to have the oil changed again because I no longer trusted the work. This was a very disappointing experience after years of being a customer. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.
