Went in during the COVID-19 phase when appointments were slowly opening up. They take one client at a time, which I really appreciate. The appointment scheduling was easy, the reminder texts were great! My stylist, Emily, was just absolutely wonderful! She's very talented, sweet, friendly, and might I add she has the most gorgeous hair (definitely a good sign when looking for a new hairstylist). Taylee at the front desk was so delightful, she has great input and recommendations on their Oribe products. LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive been going here for a few months now. Nyna has been doing my hair cuts and color, and Jenny has been doing my nails. Jenny is a wonderful nail tech. My nails lift very easily and always have. The nails Jenny does have stayed on longer and looked more beautiful than any other nails I've ever had. She's always up for the designs I bring in and makes them even more beautiful with her personal touches. She's very interested in continuing education which I think is awesome! Nyna has been excellent with my hair. When I started going to her I had uneven stripes throughout from a previous stylist at another salon who did my root touch ups with inconsistent colors. Not only did Nyna help me even everything out without making my hair darker, she's helped me with the overall condition of my hair. Last summer I started experiencing hair loss from the root. Nyna suggested alternating between two different treatments and they've both been wonderful for improving the condition of my hair! It's always a scary experience going into a new salon with no recommendations and trust someone new to cut your hair... but I can happily say that this time it worked out! I couldn't get in to see my girl who's been doing my hair for the better half of 8 years, so I decided to try this place out that's near my chiropractor. Bria cut my hair and did a fabulous job. I cut several inches off which is also always scary, but taking the plunge paid off and my hair looks so cute! Bria was so sweet and an absolute pleasure to talk with. I'd love to return to her again to have her cut and/or color my hair in the future. The salon itself apparently has gone under some recent renovations that have left it clean, crisp, and chic! I love how open the design of the space is, it makes it feel like you're in a super expensive establishment in a big city. My only gripe is that the washing station sink was really uncomfortable on my neck, which I would love to see some sort of padding on there next time. Pricing was on par with industry standard in my opinion, maybe even slightly more affordable. Front desk staff were also very friendly which made the entry and exit parts of the experience pleasant as well. read more

Wouldn't recommend this outdated, overpriced, and filthy salon. The woman at the front desk is a beast, and has zero rapport no matter how long you have been a patron or spent thousands at their salon. You can expect to be treated like garbage. Going to this place was a HUGE mistake! My daughter was looking to get her beautiful blonde hair "warmed" up a bit color-wise since we are headed into fall. She went in one week exactly before her WEDDING and had an appointment with Holly. She gave her idea pics, and told her what she wanted. 4.5 HOURS later her hair was DISHWATER BLONDE. She went home and cried in the shower. The lady "undercharged" her snd told her to wash it several times. She said she would make an effort to stay up late one day the next week and fix it. When my daughter tried to reschedule the appt, she was told since she undercharged her, her manager wouldn't let her fix it. The full price was supposed to be $275!!!! What is this?? A car payment?? I could've done the the same dye job with $4 Coversilk and 20 minutes. Now we will have to find a way to fix it with 5 days to the wedding. read more

Super bummed about my hair. I walked out of there spending almost $400 to lighten my hair to a color I've had my entire life, I've always accomplished it with crappy box dye. I thought I'd do my hair a favor in going to a salon but my blonde hair is so fried. It's been a couple of months now and it's still just breaking off. I've never had such unhealthy hair. I had a really bad haircut done at another salon and had to wait for it to grow out, Dom had fixed my hair for me. I also have dense hair which makes it hard to style and feels heavy. She fixed all the layers in my hair so that they were feathered instead of square and made my hair felt much much lighter by taking the weight out. It was a good experience but nothing special. Everything looked beautiful and clean but the service was over priced. My regular nail shop Jadas offers a lot more and worth the $. My sister booked an appointment for all 3 of us at the same time but they didn't have anyone available to help her so she ended up leaving. I got my nails done here, there are other services that may be better but i would never recommend this salon for nails. They have extremely uncomfortable chairs at their nail bar, I ended up standing for a lot of the service because it was so uncomfortable. The nail stylist had no boundaries and way over shared. There were very limited color options. My nails were uncomfortably long so I called after to schedule a quick trip to have them shortened and still haven't heard back because they don't staff a receptionist. The quality of the acrylic nail actually feels really good but there was nothing enjoyable about this experience so I do not recommend coming here. read more

This place is honestly all beauty on the outside and all ugly on the inside. They use and manipulate their clients into working with them just so they can get free marketing. They allow your personal information to be used by employees without any client confidentiality. I was a part of this community for months, and towards the end their true colors really arose when the receptionist decided to have a personal vendetta against me and posted horrible lies all over the internet about me. The owner did nothing to stop the harassment and it continued for days. Relationships are everything in business and this "beauty bar" obviously has no idea how to treat people with respect or kindness. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The salon is really nice and the staff is really nice. I came in to get a full acrylic set. The nails looked good they were really thick though. Within a week of having them they started falling off. I went back in and had to get them repaired. After a week of having my nails done it look like I needed a fill when I just barely got them done. Every week I had nails falling off I had to go into the salon to get them fixed. I don't recommend coming here to get your nails done. The prices are so high and not worth your money. read more

Not competent, I came in with a three week old gel manicure that looked a lot better than the manicure I left with. The manicurists here don't know what they're doing, and the booking/website is disorganized. I asked about membership and they had no idea what they were even advertising. The salon is nice looking and the people working there are perfectly nice, but the actual service is really poor quality. I left with uneven, misshaped, and overfilled nails. I had to go back twice for repairs (I've never had breaks with other manicures) and when they did the repairs they shaped the nails they were fixing differently than the rest - whyyyyy? I looked crazy and felt ugly, really subpar skill in this place. Don't get your nails done here you'll look like trash. Also they don't do gel manicures - even though they advertise that they do - they just put a gel top coat on over regular polish. That's not a gel manicure. You'll leave with flimsy nails that look like you might have done them yourself. read more
