Actually, it isn't painful, it is annoying and inconvenient. Dr. Belanger is ABSOLUTELY outstanding! He is a fantastic communicator, he is thoughtful, caring, informative, and doesn't make you feel you are being rushed nor is he a, "yep, yep, okay gotta go, busy, busy" type. His demeanor (aka bedside manner) is one of the best I have encountered and I have been a nurse over 25 years. I had a serious sinus infection which led to Dr. Belanger recommending this surgery because it was one of the worse cases he had ever seen. He has taken my after-hours call twice with IMMEDIATE call back and never, ever did he sound put off that I was bothering him. He was calming, patient, and reassuring. I am very happy with him as my doctor, I trust him implicitly, and he is dynamic! On a scale of 1 to 10 he is an 11 professionally. While in the room the cart was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING for a medical office. Im shocked with how some medical offices are so unprofessional, so unclean, and do not provide care to patients that is completely within their power.

The services provided are always on time and the people there are very courteous. I've had several…read moreservices there and have been very pleased with all departments. Dr. Hoekzema is great, always willing to listen and discuss any concerns and/or questions. Julie, the speech therapist is also wonderful. She genuinely cares about every step (and note) of my vocal recovery. I feel blessed to have these wonderful people as part of my health care!
