My experience was unfortunately negative due to a lack of experience dealing with my cars throttle body problems. I sank $500 into them first cleaning the component, and when that didn't work replacing my throttle body with a used component only to find out the issue was still happening. They then recommended i get the software updated with the used part, which i did at a nearby dodge dealer. Nothing changed, exact same issue happening. I asked them what they could do to help mitigate some of my lost money, they suggested I continue throwing money at the problem and let them continue to try different things to fix it. It was obvious they didn't know how to fix it, but were okay with me spending yet more money to try to solve the problem. I understand they are a business and that this is their job to do this, but it is very frustrating when I throw $500 at the problem and nothing is fixed because they themselves dont know how. Again, seemed like a great bunch of people who care about their work, so I recommend them with day to day problems. No electronic programming issues unless you enjoy spending money for them to experiment. Avoid throttle body issues with these guys.

I could hear parts banging around under the car as we drove over bumps. 6 hours after I dropped my car off, they call me telling me I need $2,000.00 of work done and there's no way it passed a safety 36 days ago. One of the parts he said it needed was just replaced 2 months ago. (passenger lower control arm and bushing). Weird, HYUNDAI did a safety on it and everything was fine. He quoted me on the phone 800$ for the work but when I show up, the quote on paper is $2,000.00. I was upset of course and he asked me to never come back to his establishment again. Came for some A/C work as they have the professional equipment to extract and fill refrigerant. My…read morefans and compressor seemed to be working fine so there must have been a tiny leak and over the years the refrigerant got out and the system stopped cooling. FYI, never try to top-up A/C with those cheap cans of R12 you find in Canadian Tire unless you already have pure R12 in your system! You will regret it and if you contaminate your A/C system, even mechanics will refuse to service you as they will not extract contaminated R-134a (hazardous waste). Just save yourself the headache and go to a professional for A/C work but do your homework! I asked to get a simple recharge and injection of dye so if it leaked again, the leak can be found and patched next time. They evacuated everything, removing any moisture as well (due to vacuum) and added fresh refrigerant (my A/C does not smell as damp when switching now too). Overall great service and reasonable prices with knowledgeable and friendly staff, saw them helping other satisfied customers as well. Will recommend.
