I called Cain's and they picked up phone right away. I told them where I was (pretty far from there office location) and was told he be there in 30 minutes. He showed up exactly on time. Very professional and shown courtesy. He used a flat loader truck that was in good operational shape. He then gave me a lift to the car shop and help me get the car to the garage. The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. I did have to use interior wipes to clean up areas that were missed and it didn't seem like a thin attachment on the vacuum was used to get into the tighter spaces at all. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.

This meant I could not only use my camper but I also could not get it off my truck. Anyone who is camping right now knows that there more people camping these days, it's hard to find camp spots but RV service shops are also backed up for a multitude of reasons. Regardless, Tom and his crew genuinely care about their service, their reputation but most importantly their customers. Not only did they take the time to listen to my situation, make the time to help me out but also advise honestly and accordingly on a SOLID solution. I took their advice and upgraded to a stabilizer system that wasn't the best / most expensive but the one that was right for my camper and financial limits. Lastly they got me in and out in 24 hrs because we had a place book for my niece's birthday the upcoming weekend. I was very impressed because that was not just installing but modifying my camper with upgraded stabilizers because the ones that came with my camper were cheap. Their installation looked very professional and they were thorough in showing me how to use my new system. There great folk, they don't B.S. and they were common sense.
