Carl came out within 30 min of my van blowing a tire on Hwy 40 in Clayton. Got my spare on, ensured we were back on the road. When you are in need- you pray that whomever you call will be on the up&up and not rip you off. I got lucky when Carl with OTW showed up on the highway tonight when the tire of my van went completely flat. Fair pricing, professional and honest. He put the spare on and had me & the kids on our way. 5 Stars. Add the # to your phone if you are in the Triangle area- that way you aren't googling for a tow when you need it. read more

Waited 3 hours for the driver Patrick to pick me up. He kept saying he was 5 mins away. I finally got a hold of them and they said they abandoned me for another pickup. Terrible service. Would not recommend. read more

The yelling & cursing i seen from this company's workers was so sadly demonstrated how unprofessional there by yelling & cussing racial slurs at worker! And the tow woman on the passenger was yelling at the gentleman whith her window down & the driver was driving around the gas station, accepting this type of behavior, this was harrassment & racism slurs being yelled out with aggression, disturbing the business so much commotion driving around 2 times! The manager was trying to break up the argument the otw driver was involved in, had to yell and force the otw driver to leave but before left was circling the gas statio, yelling racist words and harrasing the gentleman at the gas station. I had talked to the manager & called the police , & i called otw & reported the incident & asked for the manager & the guy who might have or might not be the manager 1st question he asked me was what is your color ? Im thinking like really , my color is needed! He proceeded to say that the gentleman was saying racist i said i have to put my big girl pants on & cant curse out my patients or familys because im hired to do a job in mental health! Then this lady proceeds to jump on the phone and say i wasnt there to see the whole thing ,i said i was talking to you , & the interrupts & says that guy isnt gonna get fired! I said im talking to you about how u professional otw is & i see where this is going, i will get finished with this phone call because i see no matter what i tell you im in the wrong about these 2 otw drivers being unclassy! I said you both have a good day! I do DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL , WORRIED ABOUT RACE , INSTEAD OF PROFFESIONAL EMPLYEEES/OWNERS! I HAD TO GO BACK IN & REPORT THIS TO THE MANAGER! read more
