    Did a great job on my 2012 van's A/C. Even offered a loaner car so I could take my kiddo to grab lunch. All very reasonably priced!

    So, I scheduled a ubox pickup and they never showed up, I have to call another day to schedule a…read morenew pickup. I will now get into trouble with HOA for having ubox for too long. I spoke to someone and they said driver is sick and they are down two trucks. While I do understand a delay, I scheduled my pickup timeout a week and a half out. They are running a business , they are not doing me any favors. I am paying for a service. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for you storage and moving needs.

It sent us to a pawn shop to pick up the truck. We went in and were told the truck is not back yet. (Very unprofessional in that place) They sent us to the official uhaul site up the street and stood in line while I heard many complaints about extra charges to their accounts that weren't accurate. While being respectful, I discussed the issue we ran into with their associate, and offered them to find me a small truck in stead of the one we need isn't back. There were many small ones in the lot. The associates response was, all of the trucks are RSVP, The associates weren't very much so about their customers in there.. and told us to call the 800 # to find a truck. He told us we can make a RSVP. . . Why? so the same thing that can happen again? I think it's a bit frustrating and unprofessional to run a uhaul MOVING supply company and expect people to RSVP a time to rent, then have them shift their schedules around, IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING to find out they can't supply us with what we need. Hopefully they work on updating their website, and hold more professionalism at their work site. A little insane.

At the time of purchase, I was told I would be contacted to schedule installation once the order was delivered. Instead, without any prior notice, a truck arrived and dropped a pallet in my driveway. After waiting without any follow-up, I had to reach out myself to arrange installation. When the installation was scheduled, an individual arrived in a personal vehicle with no identifying information. Upon arrival, he immediately stated he was not making much money on the job and asked for a tip. He partially assembled the furniture but stopped due to a broken couch component. He then left all boxes and furniture pieces scattered in my driveway and instructed me to contact Lowe's for resolution. I spent several days attempting to get assistance through customer service. Each time, I was told the issue was being worked on, only to follow up and find there was no record of the work order. This cycle repeated multiple times until I finally went into the store in person. Sandy at the store was helpful and able to coordinate a replacement couch through Polywood, which I appreciate. However, the delivery experience again fell short--the driver refused to bring the replacement box up the driveway and left it in my front yard. I am now still trying to: Have the original pallet removed from my property, and Get the furniture properly assembled. Unfortunately, every time I call the Holly Springs store, I am placed on hold until the call disconnects. I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for years, in part because of its North Carolina roots, but this experience has been so difficult that it has seriously impacted my willingness to continue shopping with Lowe's.
