The best deep tissue massage I've ever had. Sara is very good and very knowledgeable. She addressed all the knots in my back I asked her to and a bunch I didn't even know I had. Also my neck was stiff and painful from sleeping wrong and she fixed that too. She talk to me about my issues, what's causing them, and gave me advice on how to prevent them. I requested a swedish massage for 1 hour. I was disappointed that the massage table was not heated and it was cold in the massage room. The massage therapist, Kelly, did the massage over the sheet for about 30 minutes. I was waiting for her to put oil on my body. She finally did after 30 minutes. She used her elbows on my shoulders and it was very painful. Swedish massage is supposed to be light to medium pressure massage. Kelly never massaged the front side of my body, only the back so that was disappointing. Also someone was knocking on the door about 3 different times. The massage therapist went over 5 minutes so I think they were telling her the time is up but it was very distracting. My oh my where do I begin ... place seems legit , it was nice and all.. HOWEVER ... during my mom's massage , she says that the lady squeezed / massaged a part of her head that hurt her. So cue after the 60 min massage and she found herself to be a bit off balance/ dizzy. the following day , it worsened and it became so bad that she had to see a specialist. They ( doctors) of course couldn't seem to find anything alarming , so they wrote it off as being vertigo. Days turn into weeks, weeks - months and the "vertigo " hasn't gone away. Fast toward to today - and I get this lightbulb in my head -- and so I go over to mom and ask her to show me again where it hurts .. She then tries to get up and walk over to me but of course - the "vertigo " made her stumble and almost fall, ( she's ok!) and she points to the lower left side of her head , and exactly as I suspected- HER CEREBELLUM! ( balance control part of your brain in case y'all don't know ) Case in point - the massage lady aggressively massaged that part of her head ( mom DID express pain and discomfort at that time - but it was ignored ) read more

I've been here twice (once for 90 min Swedish and once for 40 min chair) and I will absolutely be back. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the ambiance inside is relaxing and peaceful. I love the fact that it's super easy to book online (perfect for that "holy cow I can't stand this another minute I need a massage" moment, which was me yesterday). They also offer cupping therapy and acupuncture, I'm anxious to check those out sometime as well. After 10 minutes, I had to call the business's phone number to advise I was waiting in the lobby. The receptionist finally came to the lobby area. If I can give Oud spa 0 star, I would. My husband and I went to Oud spa to get some relief from aches and pains. My husband decided to try their cupping because he was not satisfied with the deep tissue massage. He went home with with blistered shoulders and back. These are not small blisters but big blisters! And to make it worse they popped the blisters and ended up having scars on his back. My husband was in so much pain for days! Btw, we paid all the services my husband received from Oud Spa. I called Oud spa the following day and spoke with their manager Sarah and told her what happened and even showed her a pictures of my husband's back. She told me that their employee followed their protocol when they did the cupping. If so, why did my husband have big blisters on his back? Well, to make a long story short... never heard from them again. A good business takes care of their clients but Oud Spa... they don't care at all. read more
