I am so thankful I booked an appointment! I had a fat transfer in February and have had a harder time healing in the lipo areas and I knew I needed to see a specialist. I went originally with another woman who was nice but told me I didn't need any further treatment. I have had inflammation and hardness in my lower back areas and so I booked an appointment with Tanae. She had a gentle touch and immediately could feel the areas that needed to be tended to. Annoyed. Had an appointment at 5:30, asked to push it back to 6:15 (messaged the day before) because of my daughter's play. No response, and when followed up the next day, I was told she couldn't do it. It would have been nice to have a follow up right away. I have 5 kids and it's hard enough as it is to find childcare to schedule appointments for myself which I've mentioned to her. I booked this appointment for my wife and I was immediately disappointed at the overall lack of cleanliness of the facility and the ill-mannered attitude that followed. The owner, Tanae P. went ballistic when I told her that we were uncomfortable with the requirement of taking photos of my wife before or after the massage. However, canceling this appointment was a culmination of my overall feel and poor experience at this location that made me uncomfortable and the decision to cancel. My credit card information was provided online and I agreed to the cancellation fee $100. However, Tanae insisted that I paid cash or allow her to swipe my credit card and scolded me for not thoroughly reading the requirements of taking photos. I refuse to allow her to swipe my credit card and told her to bill my credit card which was provided online. I I wasn't comfortable with the idea possibly receiving a double invoice. I told Tanae that we were leaving and that she could bill my credit card. What followed seem like a nightmare is this woman became enraged, ran to the front entry door locked it oh, and blocked her entry from leaving. Trying to conversation with Tanae has she held my wife and I hostage in this dirty hot location was too much to handle oh, and I was forced to call the police! Before the police arrived I towed Tanae that I would swipe my credit card just so that I can get out of this horrid situation and location. Tanae is a very skillful message therapist. I have several medical issues and informed her of these before we started. The most important and sensitive issue being Fibromyalgia.
