Cash is cash. If it's legit and I got it from your atm you should be happy to do business with me because every positive interaction is a potential customer. Well I won't bother again. Sorry to inconvenience your policies. The only thing saving this from being 1 star is the teller. I won't fault her, she was kind and offered up a suggestion as to where I could go to get change, she was very nice and apologized for the policy that she had to enforce. This review is not for her, she was excellent. However, In a society that is veering farther away from having cash at the ready, turning down these types of interactions, (I used to be a teller once upon a time ) reduces job security, drives away potential customers, and leaves a potential for this position will become more and more scarce. (Like other banks and grocery cashiers etc.)

When I finally paid off my account they charged me $4.95 fee to pay my account off. They aren't part of the credit union group membership to the credit union I belong to so I can't pay the payment when I deposit my checks. I would not do business with this organization again. Simpson Paper Credit union was very good to me and convenient. This credit union has given me nothing but problems with my credit score.... If I could give a negative rating I would.
