They are about making money, not about customer satisfaction. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. There are better banks out there, don't waste your time with these people. I was stuck on an island near Canada, with no way to make a deposit, My debit amoints showed up delayed and the forced a $28 fee on me over a $1.33 overage. I told them please wait 3 days and $1,500+ would be in there in 3 days, they did not care. Wells Fargo years ago were understanding and reveresed the fee. If I was not on the island I had plenty of money I could have deposited, but there are no credit unions/arms here of any sort. Poor poor customer service, please save yourself from becoming their next victim. Corporate greed is sad, and destroying the world. I now bank with a federal credit union. Not everyone has that option, but look around before making your decision. I would give zero stars if there was an option. UPDATE: Worst bank ever, now to top it all off I have had 4 days without any online banking or phone banking. They are updating their 22 year old system. What a joke, no way to access account should not be allowed. I can use my card still but if my balance is lower then I expected, more of those great $28 fees they will force me to pay. So sick of this company, complete garbage. I have only been a member for 90 days and it as been a non-stop nightmare. I will not be using this account any more once October is here. They also deposit right away even through the mobile app. The mobile app and website function needs a vpn while traveling to function properly. I can't use my debit card to pay rent because I guess it's seen as fraud? However, they don't tell me so there's no way to verify it's actually me and auto approve it. I guess I'm supposed call to talk to a human during business hours because their fraud detection is set to nuclear and I'm in timeout perpetually like a child. Do not recommend

The last representative I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and acted like he owned the place. Instead of helping solve a problem, he seemed annoyed that I called at all. Between the outdated banking services, unnecessary restrictions, and poor customer support, this has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I've had. If this is how they treat their customers, it's no surprise people are looking elsewhere.

At the end of May, my credit card expired and have made several attempts to get a new one, using my work address since it is more secure. The card(s) never arrived. I called and asked their team to send via FedEx this time. Their response.... $60. I told them to forget it and immediately applied at my local credit union for a card, since my score is in the mid-800s it was approved on the spot. I will be moving 99% of my funds out of this account in the near future. This is not how you treat a loyal, 50-year customer.
