They called me up after they looked the vehicle over and suggested other items to take care of then OR at a later date, which was helpful. Never felt pressured to do or buy anything they pitched, but they gave me options and let me do what I thought was best (and could afford at the time). I was offered a free shuttle ride to campus, which wasn't something I was expecting, and they had my truck ready to go the next morning at open. Do I think they're a little more expensive than other shops in the area? Well, if they are it's not by much...but I would also say I feel more comfortable with my vehicle at Precision than those other places, so I'll pay a little extra for the peace of mind knowing professionals who are knowledgeable and friendly are working on my Tacoma. For me, the only place in the area I'm bringing my vehicle to is Precision, without question. 11/10 would recommend!

I picked up our daughters car from here tonight after they have had it for over 5 weeks!!!! the car is still not fixed and had to be taken to our regular mechanic. They broke parts, lied, didn't return calls, quoted one price then changed it, claimed to do services that were not requested and do not appear to be done, they grossly over charged us. The wife is a horrible person to work with, she is argumentative and swears at the customer. In speaking to other people and mechanics within the community this is evidentally a known problem with this place. U wish we had known sooner.

Do not do business with these people. Do not trust them…read more Goodyear FAILED. So much for Goodyear's good reputation. On local service center is screwed up. They failed to diagnose a basic problem. Damaged the car and commit fraud when they did not tell me and tried to cover up their screw up. Now they will not refund my money and pay for new parts. So, what Goodyear committed fraud and now they want me to accept discount repair. Even after they acknowledge the fraud (failure to notify the damage they tried covering up).

Local Toyota dealership caught they mess ups and caught the damage they did. We came in with the car bucking when stopping. They told us the bearings need replacement and cv joint and rear struts. Then abs sensor. Now I come to find they damaged our car and never told us. I found out the original problem was a vacuum hose. And the damaged our transfer case and they refused to replace it with a new part after not telling us they damaged it (fraud). Corporate Goodyear offers 25 cents to the dollar refund after this local store committed fraud refused to have pay full price to fix it right they want us to use used parts to save them money after they admitted what they did was wrong. Not my problem.
