That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service. This also made the vehicle wrap bunch up and peel off within a few weeks due to the weather stripping rubbing against the body unnecessarily. They also broke my passenger side mirror. Admittedly it had been cracked but I never got a chance to swap the spare one I ordered because they JB welded the mirror back in place after snapping it which then also made the motor not work. They also cracked the rear bumper during removal but claimed it was hidden by the wrap and didn't matter. All of these issues were wrapped up with "well, it's a little bit older so it's gonna break". For the price I'd expect a bit more.

During the hour-long interview, I can't help but notice that this agency is "religion-based" (Evangelical Christian). I am a practicing Catholic, but I felt that we should be focusing more on my skills, professional/educational backgrounds, and potentials. It was so cringy as I felt like I was getting recruited to be a part of a ministry or cult. Also, I felt so uncomfortable getting interviewed while there are several conversations going on in the background. I tried to follow up with two of their associates and I never heard back from them which is a blessing in disguise as I would have not been a good fit and I personally wouldn't be happy in the long run. In all honesty this is not a reputable agency, and the Department of Labor should probably look into their practice. For someone who has a background in Human Resources, in my opinion, an agency should practice fairness and equity and Theophany Staffing missed the mark.
