My 4th child began attending in 2018 and we noticed a sharp decline in the program, specifically the UPK program beginning in 2021. Some teachers were great, very caring and they put forth so much effort. However, some teachers should be fired or offered more training. The management seems to take complaints personally and targeted our child when we started raising concerns about his day to day activities. The owner refuses to respond to emails, lied to us numerous times and was cited by Albany County for not reporting multiple allegations of abuse raised by us. Thankfully another parent witnessed one of these abusive situations happening and reported it to Albany County. Heads up, the teacher accused of harming my child is still employed and working with little toddlers. I love that the program includes children of all different learning abilities as well. I wish I found this program sooner and I'm surprised there aren't more reviews on this school. The pick-up drop-off parking is very convenient (as are the sliding doors and ramps with my huge double stroller). Nice private playground with zero traffic whizzing by. Speaking of traffic I don't work for the state and neither does my husband, this is just convenient and where we chose to go, I was worried about traffic but have never been delayed around the state campus or parking lots and exit 3 off I-90 isn't heavily used. Finally, it is very affordable, relative to other options in the area especially considering that they provide not only snack and lunch for older kids but even formula for infants at no additional charge. What other daycare does that?! We are happy to have our babies there and to have them grow with the program!
