We confirmed and paid for our class online, arrived for our 6:30pm class, we were gifted with pre-roles and gathered in the smoke room and met 12+ cool people, we painted, smoked more, were gifted more pre-roles & edibles while paintings dried, those who did not smoke sat with the others or remained at their work station. This entire experience was exactly what we wanted and they delivered. The music was perfection, Foster the People channel, one banger after the other after the other, after the other. We highly recommend this experience and we will be back when we return to Denver. The instructor was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, multitalented and they offer an array of services in and aside from the venue/experience.

Washington Heights offers dance, porcelain, theater, painting, pottery, and children's art classes, among the many offerings at this hopping little cultural center. The building doesn't look like much either outside or in, but the instructors are consistently talented and accomplished, and the students have nothing but good things to say. If you have children in the Lakewood area, look into Washington Heights for summer camps where they'll have enough fun they'll forget that they're learning something, plus be out of your hair! For yourself, many adult arts and performing arts classes are held here- expand your horizons.

The woman whose their art teacher would have helped set it up, but has been stalking/bullying me for two years, I know that if I go there is a chance that she will come at me verbally, physically or by calling the police. So I reached out to LAC, I wanted to be able to come and see the kids and mind my own business, but if I was attacked wanted them to be aware and willing to step in with consequences. They got back and offered me a different day with kids. No, it has been two years of leaving early, getting to come different days or being banned all together. I've had to file a lawsuit against the bully to try and make her stop taking apart my life, professionally and personally. I still want to come, but she has no boundaries, so I doubt would have an issue with escalating in front of the kids, which I don't want and LAC's response doesn't leave me feeling safe, not exactly professional. Now I have to add them to the lawsuit against Westfax and 40 West for doing just about the same things. I was also told they had the December showcase open and said I wanted it. When I followed up, after not hearing for months, found they had given the spot to someone else, which is crap. I was told it was open and said yes first.
