Our guide, Jorge, was calm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable for everyone. He even accommodating a child rider with him. Along the way, he pointed out animals, gave riding tips, took great pictures, and tailored the route to match our group's abilities while keeping it exciting. The ride lasted about two hours and took us through beautiful terrain. The equipment was in good condition, and every rider had a great time. I would definitely recommend this adventure and would happily do it again!"

Our guide Dean was an amazing tour guide! He was so passionate and you could tell he really loved yellowstone. He had 30 years of experience and so much knowledge of the park. I would recommend this company in comparison to the other snowmobile companies in the park. Our tour felt more personal and better organized than the other groups I saw. The ride from the Cody side of things into Yellowstone is mind blowing. I'm familiar with the park, but it feels like an alien landscape and so disorienting in the winter. Park staff fire up the warming huts along the way so there are opportunities to warm up and rest a bit before the journey continues. We always see times of bison, coyote, birds, and evidence of otter this trip. The guides are friendly and make sure everyone is comfortable and confident on their sleds. It's such a special way to visit Yellowstone--bucket list this adventure.

We booked Monster Lake Ranch for my daughter's wedding. Despite having over four months notice they…read moreweren't ready for us. We weren't able to set up for the wedding until a few hours before and that was because they didn't have anything ready. We had to clean the place before setting up because nothing had been cleaned. They had my deposit for over four months and I paid the entire balance 30 days before the wedding and yet they still did NOT have the place ready even though I was assured it would be. Because we had to do all of the cleaning and then the setting up I missed out on being present while my daughter got ready. I didn't get to help her into her dress. I didn't get to make memories or take pictures. I was robbed out of many things that day. Also, family stayed on the property and paid full price despite dirty rooms that were t even ready to be checked into until late evening and no hot water the next day. The website promises available breakfast and yet there was no breakfast and the restaurant was closed. They were told it was seasonal; the website says NOTHING about being seasonal. For the first 3 months after booking the ranch for the wedding, I could NOT get anyone to communicate with me. Many emails went unanswered as well as voicemails. When the one and I guess only staff member did finally communicate with me it was to tell me that an entire crew was getting the event center ready. Well that turned out to be one of many lies to come!!!! Nothing was ever done to get the place ready until we did it ourselves, the day of the wedding!!!! Also, we booked the "event center " sight unseen and was promised pictures on many occasions. Never once got any pictures. Then when we finally get there and are taken to the "event center," it turns out to be a huge garage, with no heat or running water. The bathroom facilities were several yards away and if turns out they were dirty and didn't have any towels to wipe hands on. We were out and out lied to many times and I will NEVER recommend this place, at least not with the current staff!!!!!!!

We also had a small hole in the tire and thankfully had another couple with us on a different machine- they actually sent that couple with the air handler to put air in our tire and didn't even send an employee out.... but then again charged us for the plug? The views were amazing and def worth it.
