I came about a week before my party to the shop and Ramona's husband was able to accommodate my balloon order as best as he could. A lot of what I originally wanted was no longer in stock but what they created instead was even better. I ended up ordering two balloon towers and and a bouquet of balloons for the party. Ramona delivered the balloons the night before the party and I loved them! They were able to do a custom tower with the colors of my school and one for my brother was his school colors as well. On top of each tower was a balloon with each name & school logo. I was a bit weary that the balloons wouldn't last till the next night but they did and looked great in pictures. If I have another occasion to celebrate I will definitely head to Balloon & Co for my party decorations.

I was told I couldn't just pay for the balloons unless they were blown up. I explained that I didn't even need them fully inflated - they were going in a premade decoration box and so they would be smaller than a standard balloon. I was still told I couldn't I just buy the balloons because "we sell the helium". Well even though I didn't need the helium I asked if I could just pay for that as if they were inflated. The answer "no" it's store policy. So even though I was going to pay for something I wasn't even getting, you still just wouldn't sell balloons?? I have gone here before and thought they were overpriced but came back anyway. But now, never again. I'll drive to the party store in freehold where they had a greater selection and were more reasonably priced. This was just more convenient.

I'm not an experienced party planner, but I know that a 13 year old girl and her friends don't want Bert and Ernie at the party. After many attempts to address the upsetting issue, I was advised by this employee that I would be better served elsewhere and he hung up the phone. Not sure if this person still works there, but I hope nobody ever has to be spoken to in such a rude manner. Nonetheless, I hired a different company and had a nice memory with my granddaughter. No thanks to R&J Party Time.

I rented a full-size bounce house and frozen drink machine. The rentals seem to be i about 4-5 hour blocks, but when I said my party didn't start until 5, they offered to come around 3:30 so that the frozen drink machine had time to freeze up. The gentleman was super professional, didn't need any help at all. set up and take down each took about 30 minutes, maybe longer. Pick up went super smoothly. He helped me clean the machine, even though I said I would do that before he got there! The yard was WAY darker then i thought, but he didn't complain one bit about taking down the bounce house in the dark.I rented both machines for $400. Deposit of $50 was made prior to online. I am more then appreciate for FIRED UP EVENTS and would recommend them to anyone!
