The rentals seem to be i about 4-5 hour blocks, but when I said my party didn't start until 5, they offered to come around 3:30 so that the frozen drink machine had time to freeze up. The gentleman was super professional, didn't need any help at all. set up and take down each took about 30 minutes, maybe longer. Pick up went super smoothly. He helped me clean the machine, even though I said I would do that before he got there! It was a number seven rainbow mylar balloon that I wanted inflated on Friday April 4th 2025 for around 10:00am that morning. I called the night before on Thursday April 3rd saying that I was not going to be in on Friday April 4th, please don't inflate the balloon, and I'm not sure when I will be in. The person at the store on the phone that I spoke with said no problem. Fast forward to today, June 18th 2025, I went into the store and asked if we could "exchange" the number seven balloon for a dog balloon holding a red heart. I was told by the person wearing a bandanna that "yes I could exchange it". I had my yellow pick up slip of proof that I had already paid for this other balloon. Then the narrative changed that the number seven balloon had been blown up and been in their back for months and that I had to take that balloon. The balloon looked absolutely brand new, like it had just been blown up tonight. I have about 10 mylar balloons at my home that were blown up on April 4th from a different party store that are all pretty much very deflated. Some are not even flying anymore. There is absolutely no way that this balloon in the picture below was blown up back on April 4th, and that it has been sitting in their back office this long. Most "honest" party stores will not guarantee a Mylar balloon staying inflated for more than a week. This worker "lied" to my face, first said she "would" let us exchange, and then told us she "wouldn't". Not only did she lie to me, but she lied to my 7 year old daughter's face and gave her false hope when she thought we could get the dog balloon that she really wanted badly!!!! There is absolutely no reason we should not have been able to exchange the mylar seven balloon for the dog balloon my daughter really wanted!!!! I am completely outraged by the horrible customer service that your store offers, and stands by!!!!
