I had an appointment with their salesman to get an estimate yesterday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. He…read morenever showed up or called. I called their office and left a message, about an hour later, to see if they wanted to reschedule. The salesman called me back within another hour and kindly apologized. He said he is known to sometimes get the days incorrect. So we rescheduled for this morning at 11:30 a.m. (I previously booked two other appts at 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and so 11:30 a.m. kept the 90 minutes between them manageable. He showed up a few minutes after 11 a.m. I let him know I still was with my current appointment that he was early. He said, no ... the appointment was at 11:00 a.m. I disagreed and said it was 11:30 a.m. (which it was). So I asked if he could wait maybe 15 minutes while I wrap up this appt. He said yes. I finished with my previous appt early and went outside and the guy totally left!!! No phone call, no estimate etc. I definitely don't need to bother with Custom Concrete! "Honesty and Integrity" is part of their motto.
