Josh came out on a Friday after business hours to take a look, identified the issue quickly with his foreman, and replaced the battery (which was not covered under a formal warranty). He also helped me identify why the first battery went faulty and talked through the basics of troubleshooting potential future issues. Great service and they've rehired some of the old employees who did good work for them previously.

BEWARE! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. They did a horrendous job grading our…read moreyard, and placed way too much dirt so our fence is bowing and now needs to be replaced - fence companies are concerned with replacing our fence because this company just piled dirt up and the ground is so uneven. When this was brought to their attention, I was told they couldn't safely get their machine beside the fence so the dirt would have to settle naturally. Guess that, three years later and it has not. And this was only told to us after complaining about the appalling job. They sodded our yard and placed straw which they failed to secure so it blew all over the place including our neighbors yard and our driveway. Since they are a drain company we expected expertise with drains in our yard. Instead they just cut the drains and left them up against our fence which eventually flooded our neighbors yard. We had to have a reputable company come out and reset the drains so we weren't flooding our neighbors yard. Also, as a drain company, you should know that drains need to be placed four feet from the neighbors yard (learned that from the reputable company that fixed the drain issues). When we asked for them to come fix their unacceptable work, they refused without charging additional money. I wrote a negative review on Google and they requested I take down the review - in exchange they offered to seed our yard instead of fixing their mistakes. BUT they placed so much cheap seed when they originally sodded our yard that we've been dealing with weeds for over three years now - paying companies to try and fix their mess and we still have weeds. Their abysmal work is an atrocious gift that keeps on giving. We had to spend additional money to fix the drains and now we may have to spend additional money to regrade our yard (which is what we paid them to do). Every year their deplorable work just causes us more money and headaches! I've reached out, asking for a partial refund to meet them half way and I was ignored. Beware!

Brian provided explanations on their services and what best solution along with videos to watch. Upon our Production date, the crew arrived was professional, exemplary work site management by Sebastian and the crew cleaned up well from digging and concrete removal. For second part of implementation for foundation injection the next day, Luis and crew was also professional, explained what they needed and even allowed the additional work we needed! We had an issue with our washer drain and they ( Brian, Luis and Damien) came back to investigate, assess and determined it wasn't a break from any digging. We appreciate everyone with KC Pier. The office ladies, crews and Brian are top notch! We are extremely happy with results from the piers installed that provided better leveling and stability. Only time and weather we endure will see how the seals and membrane applied works but we are confident things will hold up well as intended.

I was pleased with the experience and was given a lifetime warranty on the piers against further settling. Fast forward to September 2023 - not even a full year later - we have new cracks in our walls and significant bowing in our floors. These are obvious signs of settlement. I called the company and they won't send someone out for an entire month to come look at their failed product. This isn't even the scheduled job - this is just to come look and assess it!!! I assumed they would prioritize an issue that was under their warranty and I'm shocked at their complete lack of customer service. They had great customer service until their initial job was done. Sounds like once they get your money they don't care about failing piers. Also, the person answering the phone told me some settling is normal and totally discounted my concern. I understand some settling happens after the piers are initially installed, but enough settling a whole year later to create new cracks in our walls and bowing in our hardwood floors?! Then what is the point of pier installation and this warranty that says "should any of the piers experience settlement, KC Piers will make any and all necessary adjustments and replacements at no cost to the owner"? I am so disenchanted with this company. Don't buy into their lifetime warranty or their charming customer service at the get go. It sounds like they don't prioritize or care about their customers under warranty. Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation! Go find a different company that will actually prioritize their warranties and validate their customers absolutely valid concerns with their products. I will update this review after they finally come out to update if they resolve our concerns or not. I hope they choose to keep their word to fix their failed product.

If ever there was a knight in shinny armor it's the guys from KC Elite foundation repair. I had a…read morenightmare of a job which a previous contractor by the name of Gregg's foundation repair created. For all the complications from Gregg's incompetence KC Elite handle it all so professionally and thoroughly to the point I have to say they were wonderful. They literally saved my house from being condemned. They came in put temporary jacks to stabilize my house, boarded and secured the unnecessary new large large opening, created by previous contractor, in a failing foundation wall. They put in emergency sump pumps to remove the enormous amount of water in the basement. After it was stable David, David Teany owner operator, brought in an engineer to make sure we were in good shape. Only THEN, they were able to start work on the foundation. They did everything and more they said they would do and did it exactly when they said they would do it. There was a few delays which could not be avoided such as weather. I strongly recommend KC Elite for your foundation repairs. Honest hard working guys. Thank you David and Tony.
