I had to move due to work and I have a very hard time finding a gym that would come even close to what Isabella Fitness has to offer. Isabella provides and amazing Foundations class that would teach you about all different Crossfit movements. I found it very important and absolutely beneficial as a first time crossfiter. They have a very personal approach to every athlete and make you feel comfortable during every workout. Before you even start CrossFit classes they will figure out your appropriate weight for every exercise and give you extra guidance during class for at least first 3 months until you feel prepared to be on your own. Plus, they keep a track of your weights for as long as you are a member (not many gyms do that). In addition, their programming is amazing. They include a variety of exercises that can be scaled down but you will feel every time that you got an awesome workout. If you want to have a CrossFit experience of your life - go to Isabella fitness. I truly wish I could come back to north Jersey to be back at that gym! In my search of a new gym I found out that it very hard to find a good CrossFit gym! Isabella fitness set a bar soooo high that I have a hard time finding a decent gym that would match at least 10-20% of what Isabella has to offer. And I went thru 4-5 gyms at this point! If you ever hesitate about joining a CrossFit gym, go to Isabella and you will never look back! And you cannot put a price tag on everything that you learn from these amazing people! When I arrived the coach greeted my girlfriend and I and She was super welcoming and explained how everything worked with their particular gym. The class was a good size and the gym and equipment easily accommodated. The WOD was solid and feedback from the coach was great the whole time. I really enjoyed my time there. I joined the Transformation Challenge and took advantage of the treadmill, rower , strength and nutrition workshops. These workshops educated me on the concept and helped improve my form. The rower and I are becoming friends. I reached the red zone unexpectedly on the rower. It was such an emotional and rewarding moment for me. This was proof of how much progress I have made. They give great coaching and direction and will provide options to accommodate injuries or limitations. Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community. I finally decided to give it a shot, and called about an hour prior to a class, they said they could accommodate me and needed me there 20 min before class to fill out paper work (and I am sure listen to a sales pitch). I said I would do my best, but there was fresh snow on the ground and the class started so soon. I rush there and arrived about 12 min before class, and they rudely announce they need to reschedule me because I was "late". It takes about 5 min to fill out paper work at a doctor's office, so I have no idea what they needed me to do there. Horrendous service. Bad attitude. Invasive marketing. Places like this should close. Working out should be a nice experience, it should relieve stress - rather than add it. I've had better experiences in NYC Orange Theories, but now will NEVER return to the franchise.

What can I say about 732 Crossfit?…read more My experience working out at 732 Crossfit has been nothing short of exceptional.  I bounced around from Corp gym to gym and was hesitant to change but it has been the best decision! This is my 4th year at 732. I have a new attitude about working out and the environment there is stimulating.  The equipment, facility and restrooms are clean. I have told many friends and family about working out there because I love the camaraderie. Jerry, the Owner, made the transition easy and he makes you feel very at home and welcome when you walk in. Also it is great to see the owner on the property and participating in the operation of the facility. He sincerely cares about your performance and wants to see you improve and succeed. Veronica is an amazing person and beautiful soul. She truly adds even more value with her warmth as well as her ability to correct any injury or improper techniques. I love this place not just for the professionalism and coaching, but for the family dynamic Jerry and Veronica have created.  Whenever I am going thru a hard time personally, I can always count on them to lift my spirits. Love you all!!!  I love 732 Crossfit! Coaches go out of their way to make sure you have perfect form to prevent injury. My weight has gone down and my strength has increased significantly since joining in 2013.
