The two other people - I believe one was the owner - weren't hugely welcoming and asked "Can I help you?" in the way folks ask "what are you doing here?" I said I was registered for a class and they didn't really say anything in response or let me know where to wait, etc. The space is little odd, in a basement with a series of curtains between sections and the classes are done mainly in the dark with a dim lamp. I'd just suggest that customers were welcomed or knew where to go, though maybe they're used to regulars. The class itself and equipment were fantastic!

I didn't even know what that was, I just knew I was in tremendous pain, and then my friend went to a class here, met the owner Brian, and told me I needed to go see him to get help. He figured out what was wrong, worked with me by doing some active stretch therapy and some deep tissue massage. We got the joint popped back into place and out of acute pain, and it made a rough situation so much better. Saved our vacation for sure. When I got home and got to see my dr, he asked who had helped because he was very impressed! Big big big thanks to Brian. And I look forward to taking a proper Pilates class with him next time we're in town, as my friend raved about the classes too.
