I signed off on something that was supposed to cost like 300$, I leave for Minneapolis and check my invoice and it says 800$. i call them to see what it is and they just decided to do all of these unnecessary things to my car. they already knew what was wrong with it as I provided them the issue I wanted fixed so I told them not to do a diagnostic but they did it anyway, I asked for even just a refund on that and the guy gave me like 30$ off of it. and maybe your thinking maybe it was needed to fix the issue? my car is running the exact same as it was the day I brought it in with the same issue that I had the day I brought it in. I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. For your own sake and money just go anywhere else but here you've honestly got a better shot at fixing it yourself. The circled section in my image is the only thing I wanted.

No accountability for the poor installation and instead of refunding us what it cost to correct, gave us in-shop credit. When the long list of repairs were made at an extremely reasonable price, the truck ran like new! It seemed to be in great condition. We just (July 2021) moved my daughter to Florida in the same truck that now has 265,000 miles that actually pulled a U-Haul the whole way. It made it with no problem! I brought my 2019 Silverado in for a transmission fluid flush for just over $300. I knew at the…read moretime of scheduling that a lot of shops don't carry the required tool that dealerships use to flush the fluid because while calling around town many shops were open about not being able to get it done. After dropping my pickup off and waiting 45 minutes they said they would have to drop the transmission to complete the fluid swap, now charge around $1400 and "that they had no idea they made the transmissions that way" - the truck is 6 years old... you can't tell me as a auto center I am the first '19 Silverado coming through your door. Posting this review as a caution for others that they may try and scam you the way they tried to get me.
