I called them and they got us in as soon as we arrived. They were able to troubleshoot and repair the problem (blown fuse and a wire that came loose) for a very reasonable charge. We were back on the road in about 3 hours, which included the mechanic's 1 hour lunch break. These folks were very friendly, knew what they were doing, and got the job done quickly and for a good price. No way should they have needed to keep my car overnight; I dropped it off in the morning and was told I'd get an estimate later that day, yet I only got the same vague "you need a new transmission" answer the next day. They quoted $4k-$6k for a replacement CVT without providing the live data, freeze-frame data, or proof I requested. I was shown a jar of dark fluid with metal debris, but there was no confirmation it was from my car. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed to put it mildly. This was more about selling a transmission replacement than giving me the thorough CVT diagnostic I paid for. I would not recommend this shop.
