I have to amend my original review. After I left it, their Vice President Adam sent me a message stating they wanted to makes things right. He advised me to stop by the next time I went to Pensacola. It took a while to remember that offer but I finally dropped by again and BOY, did they do me right! They cleaned my automobile in spectacular fashion. Adam was actually there and helped. They got the roof, inside, wheel wells......I mean, my car was shining and it had way more dirt and dust on it than the initial visit. And they did all of it for free. Wanted to get my car detailed because planning on selling soon. Got the bumper to bumper package which included the express wax, carpet shampoo, interior super clean, and upholstery cleaning. The wash was just through a hands free drive thru and obviously wasn't going to get everything but there were a lot of spots, bird poop, tar, and leaves in the window crack. There was also white liquid stuck to the side of all of my doors, like it wasn't wiped in properly. They left a towel on one of the floor mats and a bottle of liquid in the backseat. Part of the backseat wasn't vacuumed at all it looks like or shampooed. Wasn't very good service for $150. Could've done better myself for $10. Should've checked it over more at the place and complained. read more

At first we were kinda unsure if this place will give what we are looking for. To our surprise, they cleaned the entire car from inside to outside, to the inner core of the vehicle. It took them an hr to clean the entire vehicle from dashboard that looks brand new down to the carpet of the vehicle. This place is a Gem! It is located at the back of Shell gas station. It is pricey but oh boy they dis a great job cleaning the car! We are impressed. There are very professional, it was spotless, you got what you paid for. We got the the $150worth package, its expensive but its all worth every penny! read more

Refused to wash my car because I wanted the super clean and apparently they didn't have time because they "close in an hour and 40 minutes." I'm a regular customer and tip pretty well because I appreciate a good job on my car. My entire family comes here for car wash/detailing. That's the last time any of us will be going here. I hope the owner reads this. Short version: They broke my car. I had to go get it fixed at a transmission repair shop on my own time with my own money and then argue with them to reimburse me. They begrudgingly paid me back for half of the repair cost. The car wash is good. The oil change is overpriced, and they will scour your vehicle looking for other areas to "fix". Long version: I took my F150 truck in for an oil change. That's all I asked for. Then I got the typical, "Hey your air filter is dirty, would you like our replacement?" Okay, sure. Then I got the, "Hey your transmission is leaking too, btw..." I'm not a sucker, so I asked for them to show me the leak. They pointed at my xmsn oil pan and said it wasn't too bad. I never saw a leak, but told them, ok I'll keep an eye on it and replace the gasket when it's bad enough. At this point, I just want my truck back. I never asked them to look at my transmission in the first place, and I just bought the air filter out of laziness and convenience. About 20 minutes later, they're still messing with my transmission. John comes back in and says, "Yeah, you're gonna have to take that to a transmission repair shop. Whoever tightened your dipstick last must have overtightened it, and when we went to check it, the dipstick broke off at the threading." (In my truck, the tranny dipstick is down under the truck in the tranny itself.) So you're saying you broke my transmission? They didn't offer to fix it or anything, they just blamed it on "the last guy". Whatever. I paid them $110 for the oil change and the air filter (and broken dipstick.) Immediately after this, my transmission was leaking badly. I took it to AAMCO, and they kept it for two days to fix the broken off dipstick. The bill was $309. And they told me that I had no other transmission leaks -- just the leak from the broken dipstick. With my $309 AAMCO bill in hand, I returned to the Simoniz Oil Change and requested they cover the cost. In an effort of goodwill, I offered to cover half of it. Their response? They offered to pay me $36. Thirty six. Sweet. So I argued. And I argued. And I argued. They were completely fine with me making a scene in front of customers. Finally, after half an hour of proving them wrong, the car wash manager (who was too sorry to show his face or apologize) called the Transmission place to make sure I wasn't lying. Then he sent John the tech out with a $150 check to make me go away. If they would have just owned up to their mistake and covered the measly $309 repair THAT THEY F*CKING CAUSED, I would have continued to be a customer. Instead, I'll spend my time telling others how poorly they treat their customers. This oil change cost me $430, a day off work, two rides from friends, and stressful argument. I recently returned to Wish Wash again, this time to get my 18 year old boys car detailed to post for sale. I requested Jeremy to detail the car and expressed to him my interest to sell the vehicle. Enough said, he dedicated 3 hours of the day to that 2003 Eclipse!! This car was absolutely showroom material once he was done, even my neighbors commented on how clean it was. The cleanliness of this car is what sold it, the first person to come see the car, paid my asking price in cash after driving it for less than a mile in the neighborhood!! We bought our daughter a used car, and needed it cleaned up before We gave it to her. I called Wishy Washy, and they could take me in right then. The car was very dirty inside, and at 11 years old, I was not sure much could be done. The young man that did the work, took his time, and took a lot of pride in his work. The interior of the car was absolutely gorgeous when he was done with it! The drivers side seat started out nearly black, and ended up the tan color it was supposed to be. The whole interior was nearly new looking after the work he put into it! I grateful that they took me right in so we could present our daughter with a beautiful car inside and out! Hats off to them!! Paid $120 for the full interior service. I spent 30 mins after they handed the car back to me cleaning very hard to miss spots. Usually not one to complain, but this was awful. The shampoo cleaning left my car feeling gross so much so I need to bring my car to get detailed again, somewhere else. read more

His attention to detail on detailing my SUV was the best I have ever had. I went with carpet cleaning package for $49.99, my carpet was super clean, he even pulled my 3rd row seats out and cleaned under them as well as the fabric on the sides of the seats that were stained. This was absolutely the worst car wash I've ever gotten. I paid for the upgraded service ($55.00) that included the inside door jambs, fenders, etc. They missed about half of these with mud streaks. Don't know how they could have missed it. They did do a decent job of vacuuming as I had quite a bit of dog hair. But the window cleaning was pitiful. I don't believe they even tried to clean the inside front window. The rest looked ok, but the one that matters the most was hardly touched. They were in a hurry but I don't know why - there wasn't a line of cars there. Only one guy working on my car and I was supposed to have the deluxe wash. Wont be going back there again. On a recent trip to Pensacola, I was in need of an oil change, and since I couldn't go to my regular spot, I was told this was the place to go. Score! Simoniz rocks! Pulled into the oil change area, and was immediately greeted by an employee who asked what I needed. I informed him I just needed an oil change, and he hopped in and drove the car right into the bay, and they immediately got to work. While I was waiting, I stopped into the Shell gas station store that shares the property with Simoniz. Picked up some snacks and a drink, and about two minutes after I got back to the waiting area, the car was done. They did a really nice job with the work, changed the oil & filter, checked the tires, plus all the usuals, and all in all was about 30 bucks. Not bad for professional work done super quickly. And oh yeah, free car was included. Score! I thought that the "free" car was would be the weakest one, you get your car sprayed down and you drive off. Nope. We got the works, baby. Cleaned inside and out. Fantastic job by everyone at this place, and judging by the number of cars in the lot, a lot of people in Pensacola know about this place as well. Definitely recommended for anyone in the area needing an oil change, or especially a car wash. Decent prices, GREAT customer service, and one fantastic wash. read more

Never would have thought I would review a car wash, but I was overwhelmed by the attention to detail and teamwork exhibited. For $15 I was extremely satisfied by the car when it was returned to me. I am from out of town and routinely disappointed for twice the money. I did not know until later I could have driven through for $5, but why? They were extremely quick and efficient vacuuming, wiping, and "blowing" out every inch of our smaller sized SUV. One of the attendants even found some money my daughter had left and promptly returned it. Needless to say, this money was returned in the tip. I went to get my car washed and the inside cleaned it cost me $42 total because of the tip I added. Inside and out my car was spotless. Before there was so much sand I never thought it all would come out . Definitely worth the money. Not to mention the guys who worked there were very professional and nice. Cleaning was a good job, and I have taken my vehicle here once before without complaint. However, on the last visit upon driving off I discovered the seat was in a different position and the housing on the drivers seat was damaged. When I returned to report the damage, the on-site manager said fairly curtly he could not handle any damage claims and I was given the managers contact information. When contacting the manager he was dismissive and rude from the beginning of the conversation. He seemed already prepared to argue the damage and merely repeated that his employee said the seat was damaged already and his employee had no reason to lie, thus implying that I did. I even mentioned I noticed several people working on the vehicle and it could have happened anytime but that there is no doubt that the seat was not damaged before taking the vehicle to Wish Wash. Taking no interest in reviewing the damage himself, the manager then only said "If I wanted, I could come down and argue with his employee." A very unprofessional, insulting and rude treatment by the manager, all over a simple part on a fairly new vehicle. The managers' dismissive nature and failure of any sense of customer service, beyond a suggestion that as I customer I come down and argue with his employee, should give the owner concern. The BBB has been contacted. Beware of taking a vehicle to this location. read more

Since then I have come several other times and the friendliness upon arrival is what keeps me coming back along with the exceptional customer service. All the car washes I've done have been completed quickly and well done. I am really picky with checking to make sure most little cracks were done and the attention to detail is superb. I tried this place twice, and was disappointed both times. The first was a couple of months ago and I paid $53 for a good cleaning, after leaving the business I went home and noticed that there were still baked on bugs on my front bumper and the floor mats and floor under them were not even cleaned. I asked them to be careful with my windows because I just had them tinted two days earlier. So they didn't touch them. FYI, I live a couple of blocks away, so the bugs didn't get on there on the way home. I was pissed and swore that I wouldn't go back. I finally reconsidered and decided to give them another shot, I believe in second chances. This time, I decided to get the $30 wash. This was even worse. Granted, it was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. But I was the only person there. the outside of the car was washed, and dried, but they did absolutely nothing on the interior ! The floors were dirty, the dash and console weren't touched and the floors weren't vacuumed, which is funny because I saw them put the vacuum in the car ? All for show I guess ?! read more

My vehicle was damaged in this car wash on October 19, 2016 and the owner(s) have refused to do anything to make restitution despite the professional opinions and estimates I received at their request. On October 19th, I entered Wish Wash Car Wash's automatic wash with my vehicle completely in tact and no prior issues. When I passed through the car was toward the end I heard a loud crash. I exited the wash only to discover one side of my bumper completely off and dragging on the ground. I was told by the manager to get two estimates of repairs of which would be submitted to the owner. I complied with the managers request on the same date of the damage and submitted those estimates immediately. After an entire week of nothing but dodging my calls, a manager finally tells me the owner refuses to pay for any damages because they feel, despite the professional opinions we received, that the bumper was already loose and the wash had just loosened it further. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will follow up with legal action. I am very disappointed that as a customer I have been treated in this manner and definitely would not recommend Wish Wash Car Wash to anyone. read more
