This was my first time to the Tanger Outlets--and to Bass. I went into multiple apparel stores today and was absolutely over-the-top pleased with my experience at Bass. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Katherine and was shown the products I was looking for. She spent a great deal of time finding out what I was there to buy and why I was there to buy it, the marksmanship of a true sales specialist and customer service expert. She, along with two other associates, demonstrated a genuine concern for my needs and they went above and beyond to help me match shoe colors to clothing. She sought not to develop a sales-person to person relationship, but a person to person relationship, and for that reason alone, I will be back.
