The trainers are all excellent if that's your thing, but the atmosphere for solo workouts is what really drew me in. The gym is clean, well-stocked on amenities, and you have access to just about every piece of equipment you can think of despite their small footprint. The best part though is that I NEVER encountered a big crowd. At my previous gym in Los Angeles I was paying 6 times the amount per month to wait in line for free weights. Here I could crank out a full workout at any time of day (thanks to their 24-hour access for members) with no hassle or queues. When I come back around to visit family over the holidays, Titanium will be my one and only fitness stop.

They discovered that when she went through PT for when she broke her ankle something wasn't right because she was running weird. They were amazing at getting everything working right with her ankle. My oldest daughter still working with them. She got injured her hip and thigh muscles in track in the spring of 21. After going through PT which didn't help her at all. They were able to get the injured area working right again along with working on getting her speed back up if not faster along with getting stronger so she has less of a chance of a re-injury in her track season coming up. The atmosphere, community, and workouts are all fantastic. There are several options of membership but I'm on the 6 months unlimited classes. Considering I go 5-6 times a week, it is well worth it!! There's a great range of classes for strength training, and my go-tos are TRX, CardioStrong, and Lift. The trainers are great, and with their upcoming move to a new location, more trainers are in the works. This is a women's only gym so you never feel judged or uncomfortable, and since everyone's ages and fitness levels range, everyone is incredibly supportive. People are friendly and will always encourage you! My personal fitness level has drastically improved, with small changes like increased flexibility, to big changes like more energy during workouts and way more strength. First, I had posted in my neighborhood facebook group and I think 85% of the people who commented recommended this place, and they were doing 7 free classes, so I decided to try it out! I would like to thank John, for not being pushy AT ALL for trying to make me join and immediately made me feel welcomed for my first workout. I even had a member there tell me good job after my workout (it's the little things that count ) It's hard, but so rewarding when you finish the workouts. The workouts make the 55 minutes go by so fast! AND, the membership pricing varies and is very affordable, especially for the experience and level. The entire place smelled fresh, appeared clean and was one of the most spacious ones I've seen in a long time. Plenty of equipment and room to stretch out on :) Finally, the staff I interacted with were friendly. Not the most professional but what do you expect, it's Planet Fitness.
