    This is absolutely a fantastic gym! From the moment I stepped in I knew I was in good hands. Before your first workout they do a complete evaluation of your ability to do certain things like a squat and your shoulder range of motion. This way they can completely customize your workout if you have any limitations. The modifications they gave we're great! The workout is literally for any person in any stage of fitness. Also, there are so many times I've gone to a gym that throws you into the workout without any warm up which can cause major injuries..... Not this place!!! They did a fantastic job doing a total body warm up which helped majorly with the workout. I also loved that the coach walked around the whole time to make sure that everyone had great form. I hadn't done kettle bell swings for quite a few years, and when I tried recently they hurt me so I was a little reluctant to do them but willing to try again. The coach helped me a lot with getting proper form and sat with me the whole time to walk me through the kettle bell swings! It was amazing personal attention that you don't see very often from other gyms. You can really tell they care about you and proper form. Very clean area and great up to date equipment. They kept the workout interesting so the 45 minutes FLEW by!!! I can't wait to go back again!!!

    Joining the Forward Fitness community has been the best investment in my health I could ever imagine. Each of the knowledgeable, supportive, inspiring and encouraging trainers have helped me discover my strength, both physically and mentally. I've learned how to make better choices with my nutrition, in addition to consistently being more active. Fit Camps have become a part of my routine 4+ days/week for over five years now. I truly look forward to these quick, intense 45-minute sessions with fellow members that I consider friends and family. I've also participated in the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) team training, where you prepare for 6-8 weeks ahead of a race. I can't believe how much joining this gym has impacted my life! I am thankful for the person they have helped me become, and the wonderful fellow members and trainers I've met since joining in January of 2016.

Reasons why I love the workout: 1. Treadmills / running are incorporated! I love to run but I hate when I have to chose either weights or running. I love Shred because it keeps both! 2. Minimal thought/ experience required. You don't have to wait for equipment or think about what your next set is going to consist of because they tell you what to do the entire time! Also, if you don't know how to do something- it doesn't matter- because your instructor shows you each move before they expect you to do it. Reason why I love this location specifically: The Instructors & Staff are just the best! I truly feel like I have made some great friends here and that all of the people in this location genuinely care about you. It's so nice that I can pick my classes to go with my favorite instructors or I can take one with someone that's not in my regular "schedule" and I still get the same amazing workout and attention. Overall, the gym is clean, safe, but most importantly fun! 100% would recommend to anyone of any experience level!

The atmosphere, community, and workouts are all fantastic. There are several options of membership but I'm on the 6 months unlimited classes. Considering I go 5-6 times a week, it is well worth it!! There's a great range of classes for strength training, and my go-tos are TRX, CardioStrong, and Lift. The trainers are great, and with their upcoming move to a new location, more trainers are in the works. This is a women's only gym so you never feel judged or uncomfortable, and since everyone's ages and fitness levels range, everyone is incredibly supportive. People are friendly and will always encourage you! My personal fitness level has drastically improved, with small changes like increased flexibility, to big changes like more energy during workouts and way more strength. This is the best decision I've made in years, and I truly encourage you to check out Dragonfly, you won't regret it!

To get your money back, you have to check-in on social media every time you're there, let them use your before and after pictures, post a review on here (FYI - Businesses should not be asking for reviews. It's against Yelp's conflict of interest policy), and lose 25 lbs. Losing 25 lbs is not the same for everyone as far as percentage of body weight. You have to go 3x a week for an hour. It's a one-size-fits-all mentality. I'm looking for something more personalized. It's not just about losing weight, it's about losing inches, gaining muscle and confidence, etc. Jeremy is a no nonsense and direct motivator if that's what you're looking for. I'm not willing to risk the money for something I'm not sure will motivate me. Kickboxing is 2 nights a week. It's a group setting. It seemed very disorganized while I was there, both the class and the space. Very small and crowded space, very claustrophobic. Didn't feel very clean. Mismatch of equipment. Jackets and bags all over the place. Parking is a nightmare. I tried to ask questions, which weren't answered directly, was made to feel my questions were just excuses. Was not impressed with space, staff, or sales pitch.
