Jumping World was the site of a birthday my little one was invited to attend. There were two other…read morefamilies having birthdays here and they sat at neighboring tables, which was fine. I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option.

Nice facilities, bad service. Massage chairs were broken, card refill equipment (where you put…read moremoney on the cards) was broken, and some other things were broken. Worst part was being badgered constantly by the manager. We had two families and 4 kids in the group. The manager followed us around nagging the kids and parents. Such issues as - you can't push another kid on the swings, a 3 year old was admonished for pressing non functional buttons on broken equipment. We were the only people there but the manager wouldn't allow an older kid to accompany his 3 year old cousin... While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced.

As a family with multiple children, we occasionally face unavoidable scheduling conflicts. When a sibling's performance overlapped with a practice, I asked about a make-up option. While I was allowed a one-time exception, I was told their policy only permits make-ups if the enrolled child has a school conflict. When I followed up with a manager, hoping for a more solution-oriented approach, I was told they'd discuss this policy further with their staff. Which alluded to that fact that they are planning to draw a harder line on this issue rather than attempting to find a suitable resolution. That's the opposite of what families like mine need. That policy doesn't reflect the reality of families managing more than one child. Important family events--like supporting a sibling--are just as valid, and this approach forces families into unnecessary tradeoffs. A more flexible make-up policy, even with reasonable limits, would go a long way. Supporting families should mean supporting the whole family unit, not just one child in isolation. Programs like this build loyalty when they recognize how families actually function. Adjusting this policy would make a meaningful difference.

I go here, and it's nice. Coach Dav is the best coach there and teaches most of the boys team.read more
