I'd say he went above and beyond. Now, the facilities themselves were a little run down: worn down papers, and water damaged, fraying laminated clues, black light paint fading and hard to see in the provided lighting. The clues and rooms for sure need a refreshing, or renovation, and are not in the best shape. The staff won me over for sure though. It served to be a great first time escape room experience for me, and a great date event for my girlfriend and I.

He was thorough and able to answer all of my questions during the booking process. When we arrived we were greeted by Casper who set up our party room and got the boys started with their escape room. He was so fun and silly with the boys so he made them excited to get "submerged". Very thorough instructions and very helpful with any questions the parents had. Our group did Escape from Tiki Island and had a ton of fun challenging ourselves to complete it. It was $96 for the 3 of us and I think $32 per person was a really good deal, but if you get more people it would be an even better deal! I'm definitely looking forward to coming back here in the future to try out some of the different rooms!

They also have shirts for sale, a bar, a small arcade, and plenty of tables to sit and relax while waiting your turn. They offer different experiences, including the Paint Bomb and Slime Bomb, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. I recommend commfortable clothes and tennis shoes. The games can be cerebral or physical - you don't know until you get into it. Once you're done with those games - you suit up and go into the "bomb room" where you, as a team, manipulate a video game to shoot all the tanks in a maze sort of layout (think of the old Atari tank fight - but 3D). Thankfully, my 2 video gaming sons took charge, but we - as a team/family - were able to beat the bomb with plenty of time left! Wahoo! If you don't beat the bomb, you get blasted with paint, slime, or foam - whatever you chose at the beginning. As winners... well, you can get blasted anyway! That's half the fun, right? We chose paint. My wife was regretting that choice as her suit wasn't exactly paint-proof. Thankfully, it rinsed out later in the hotel room... and thankfully, this was our last stop of the evening... This is the sort of experience you could do again and again - the games can be different, and so can your team! This is a good family event that provides a memory that will last. We still talk about the time we beat the bomb!

Last year, our attendant was very helpful and helped things flow smoothly. This year, I was not impressed. Our room still had party supplies from someone else's party. We were told that our pizza would arrive at 4pm, we didn't receive it until about 4:30p, then around 4:45-4:50p our room attendant shows up to rush us out the room. I get that our time was up at 5p, but our pizza took forever and if we would've had assistance throughout things might have flowed better to prepare for the next guests(if there was a party)after 5p.
