My mom and depends on her caregiver (who she likes very much) four days a week from this place. We regularly find out she is not coming MOMENTS before she is supposed to be there and then have to scramble for a back up. Why? This place has no back up. They also don't call back. She was supposed to be there today and we called to find out what's going on when she didn't show. They said they'd call back. It's three hours later and no call. She's still hasn't shown. It's ridiculous. We have also had billing errors from them. My advise is try another provider.
