I am so disappointed in your employees and lack of professionalism. Not once in 5 weeks did an employee arrive at the scheduled time where I had to follow up with the main office and find out what is going on. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, an inappropriately dressed woman and her 2yr. old child showed up. My mother at 88 yrs of age had to babysit and watch an inquisitive boy and even correct the child to leave her things alone. What was to be a nice hour of help was a stressful time.
