Always pretty happy with the washes here...they have several wash levels to choose from if you are on a budget. They have one or two guys that do a quick pre wash by hand. And a girl that does a quick hand dry at the end. Otherwise it's a fairly typical cloth style drive through ar wash. I always use a coupon for 50% off which you can find at the Local Kroger stores on the back of their receipts... read more

This oil change place ruined the computer system on my sons 2019 ram pickup. They just slides by by admitting fault and covering the 2500 damages written up by la Fontaine. They had the car out of commission for 7 weeks. And we're terrible people to work with. Their insurance adjuster at Hastings mutual which also sucked in customer relations refused to open a claim. We had no rental car due to the lack of loaner cars at dealerships right now then the ins refused to cover one too. They would not open a claim and had us pick up the car partially repaired upon waiting on another piece. The worse place do not go here. Only have 1 star because you have to to post read more

Why else would you go to a car wash for? Simple answer to get your washed!!! YAY!! I was 3rd car in line, first car in the bay getting the pre-wash coating of water, etc. I had to wait 10 minutes before getting into the bay for my pre-wash, etc. Why? Initially when I got there, only one person was working... he took the pay, went in and came back out and started the pre-wash. By the time the 2nd car went in, second person was there, he took the payment, etc. Some suggestions on improving their operations. 1. Have one person come up to the waiting car to take the payment and mark on the window the type of car wash the individual paid for. 2. Have the car wash options facing the customers, didn't find any information until I got up to the bay, even then I had to look through the office's mirror to get that information. 3. I'm also lost as to why they fold in the side mirrors? All other joints they never do this... Besides it being slow and inefficient, staff were friendly and got the car cleaned. read more

Shittiest car wash I've ever been to. All three times I was there, they didn't spray the sides of my truck down enough and they didn't get clean. The middle of the back door always has a 6-inch strip of white salt running down it from where the spinners don't overlap. And it's a relatively little thing, but they keep folding my side mirrors in. But I want my side mirrors clean! The second time, I asked the guy to leave them out. He said the car wash might break them off. Dude, I've lived in Snow-and-Salt-ville the entire 10 years I've had this truck and I've NEVER had a problem with it. Yeah, they're cheap. But if you go up Marsh Road a ways, Fast Eddie's will wash your entire car AND towel-dry it AND give you vacuums to use for the same price. Might as well just flush your money away at this place. read more

My car tire was punctured by the entrance end of the guide rail. They denied it and did not give me a copy of the CCTV video.

Definite 0 stars.. Their carwash cracked my windshield. I have called 3 times, left messages, and NO ONE has returned my call. The worker, Cody, seemed nice, but told me that the district manager says 'We don't break windshields'. Really?? I didn't make this up. I pulled out of the carwash and immediately went around to the entrance to let Cody know what happened. He saw it and said that the wiper may have gotten slammed down on my windshield and broke it. On my third message, I asked again for the district manager to call and also the name of number of HIS supervisor.. needless to say.. I'm still waiting.. I will NEVER return. read more
