Fantastic! Gabby is very helpful. I will soon return to this business because I enjoy contactless experience. I am extremely grateful for the free amenities as well. read more

I don't usually wash my car here and I never will again!!!! Granted my car was pretty dirty but when I got stuck in the wash on 3 occasion in the same wash and my car still came out dirty....totally unacceptable for a business! My rims, tires and back hatch didn't even look like they had been through the wash! SO DISAPPOINTED read more

I ended up paying a bit more than I planned to let my girlfriend try out the free month. Normally we just wash our cars at home. It was busy, but very smooth considering the flow of vehicles coming and going. The real start for me was the vacuum and mat washer for interior cleaning after the wash. Oscar, an older gentleman was out checking in on folks doing their work and was how I learned about the mat washer. He was super sweet. Y'all need to get him some shade out there though. It was a hot one today! read more

In 2021 eight after they came to Lansing I used their car wash. I had a brand new car 2021 & they scratched my car. Since I lease I continued to use the w. ash. They offered to take car of the scratches . Nice I just don't have the time. I have another brand new car. I wish I could take it there. I just don't want the scratches. read more

I got a month long package last August at the west side Lansing. In March my card was used at a Holland location while I was at work. Would not recommend this place, scammers. read more

Tommy's is the fast food of car washes. If your car is basically clean going in, it will be basically cleaner coming out. It is fast and easy to use, but with no control in place, you can count on another car being right on your bumper going in. Today I had to drive on a dirt road after a rain. No worries, Tommy's is on the way home. I went through the wash twice, and my truck was still dirty. read more

Tommy's Express® Car Wash - After two washes at Tommy's - Auto Detailing Near Me - Lansing, Michigan

Experienced Tommy's car wash for the first time and was pleased! Helpful service at the cashier window. Planning to try the monthly package ... perhaps it'll be just the encouragement I need to keep my car consistently clean with a quick drive through each week. read more

Was in East Lansing searching for a drive thru car wash location and saw that this location had several good reviews, so I decided to try it out. Didn't realize it was as far away from where I was located at the time, but decided to try it anyway. I ordered the $14 wash. It did a good job of cleaning the car. Equipment seems new and in good working order. Used the free vacuums to do the interior. The employee at the cashier window was friendly. They offered me the monthly car wash service fee, but I was only in the area for a couple days, so I declined. I would recommend this location. read more

I love this car wash. Always a great experience. The staff inside and out are always friendly and helpful. I have received personal help from Charlie a few times now, and he always goes above and beyond to help me with my floormats or any other help I've needed. The wash gets my car super clean and shiny, and I love their pay/month option that reads my license plate instead of having to put a sticker in my window! read more

I've worked washing livestock trailers and I could've gotten a better wash with a garden hose. Way over priced, fix your business.

The car wash itself is great and I can't speak for other areas but I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my membership and looking for a safer place to clean my car. The amount of riffraff who've been using this place lately rolling into the vacuum section with their bass and volume cranked up to 1,000+ and dirty staring anyone who dare throw a glance in their direction waiting to start something is too much. Like you guys can't be more proactive in addressing this crap? Guy next to me yesterday at the vacuums had his bass so loud I could see his windows rattle. Then 2 more guys behind him were doing the same crap. Even the sound of the vacuums weren't enough to drown the noise out I could feel rattling my bones at a cellular level. Not paying $40 bucks a month to have to look over my shoulder while going deaf just trying to clean out my car. Might end up going deeper towards the west end to wash my car again. Never had to deal with this BS in Grand Ledge. read more

Best car wash in Lansing Michigan with a very updated car wash. All new technology and even allow you to wash you're car rugs. I'm a monthly subscriber after leaving Mister car wash read more

NOT WORTH IT ! I paid cash for 1 month and when I arrived the next week they said it expired. I provided my RECEIPT and they wanted my credit card to " reinstate" it. read more

My complaint is not about the actual car washing. My complaint is that I was only a member for 6 months and they raised it from $29 a month up to 34 or 35. And that ticked me off. This was within the first year that the place is even open. So I was not very happy about that and because of that I'll find another car wash to go to. read more

For the price (which is high) one would expect a high quality wash. It turned out this was one of the worst washes I've ever had for the highest price I've paid. You're better off going somewhere else for even a mediocre wash. My opinion is that Tommy's sucks. I'll never waste my money there again read more

My favorite car wash experience ever. The staff is VERY kind and very helpful - Ken made sure I got the best value and was taken care of. The free vacuums and mat cleaner are SO nice and it makes it so easy to keep my car clean. 10/10. Recommending to everyone !!! (THANK YOU AGAIN KEN!!) read more

Tommy's car wash did a good job cleaning my car it's a nice place to have your car serviced.

Wow! Amazed! I have a monthly plan with a local competitor, carwash. I decided to try Tommy's Express on 2/15/22. Expecting the usual express car wash. In and out. Accepting the fact that not all the dirty snow would be removed from under my Lincoln SUV. My first interaction was with Ken, a very professional gentleman that was informative and welcoming. Then came the carwash. What a thorough job Tommy's Express Carwash executed. A conveyor that moves your car while parked (Not Neutral) through many stations within the assembly line. The following stations are available when moving though. Body Wax®, Tire Gloss, Red Hot Cleanser, Rainbow Coat®, 3-Step Wheel Cleaning, Tommy Guard® and Underbody Flush. I do not know what all those registered trademarked names are, but I do know that the car is thoroughly washed from roof to tire as well as being done quickly. My car came out spotless with very few drops of water left. The handy vacuums were powerful and individual for each station. A vacuum tube on both the driver and passenger side to for easy maneuverability while vacuuming. It gets the job done quick, fast and in a hurry. Finally, there are receptacles for trash. The vacuum stations are exceptionally clean and maintained. Granted this is their first day of business and I didn't see any glitches. I called Tommy's and spoke to the manager Mike about the 1st class service I had just received. For a limited time, they are giving every vehicle a free "The Works" wash and Ken mentioned something about an app for the smart phone and they will give you a 30-day unlimited wash pass. I am not sure which wash is given free. Go in for your free "The Works" wash and they will explain their services. I will be leaving my current carwash on the 26th of the month before my next monthly charges are processed. Tommy's Express has a new monthly membership customer. Let them know you read a review and wanted to check them out. Safe Driving, Michael P. Watertown Township, MI read more
