That was perfectly fine and reasonable. What was not reasonable was that this turned into a pedicure for a completely different customer, and a manicure for another customer, taking over an hour until my wife finally could get her nails finished. Once she was finally worth these people's times, the job was butchered with several jagged edges and cracks.
