Unlike Freedom Smoke, they have a very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind staff. They are all about making sure you are happy. They have a juice bar (E juice, not smoothies) and they will sit there all day and let you sample every single juice they have. They don't complain when you ask questions, they really make you feel at home when you walk into the shop. I bought a couple of tanks, a battery, and some juice from them. The first thing I noticed was that their juices are thicker and more flavorful. The battery I bought lasts forever on a single charge, and their tanks don't leak.
