Connor at Sticky's needs a raise or at least employee of the month. After a very long day at work, driving across Tucson and into Oro Valley in the middle of rush hour, the Monday scaries still hitting at 5pm, I walk into sticky's, buy what I think I need and am happy to go change out of my work clothes. Boom. Monday strikes again, I purchased the wrong size for the charger I have. The product was essentially defective. I walk back in trying to salvage my day 100% convinced I would be spending money on a charger. But then here came Connor. "Actually I have one in my bag, I can hook you up. I actually don't use it anymore." He says. You're kidding. This man could have easily made me purchase a charger but he simply apologized for not checking with me on the charging size before I made my purchase and then went out of his way to provide me with a solution. Pretty epic Connor. 11/10 customer service. Thank God Connor works on Monday. read more

Had a really good experience here this afternoon. We are waiting to have lunch at the Parish but since there's a wait we stopped by the smoke shop next door. The two girls working were really cool and one complimented me on my Tina (Bob's Burgers) tattoo. We got two bottles of CBD juice, incense and room spray. The shop is really neat and arranged nicely (also I love the framed print of The Dude that says "abide" - I gotta get one of those at home! If we're on this side of town, we'll be stopping by again. :) read more

Deceptive. Cool shop but if you want an Elfbar don't be deceived when he says you can scan the barcode. If you do scan the barcode you'll find out it's not an Elfbar but a perfect clone named EBDedign. Could've fooled me! Actually, it did. it's not bad but it's not an Elf. read more

After visiting 8 different shops in town, I was so happy I found this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, prices were surprisingly reasonable and the pieces were unlike any I saw at the other stores. After visiting a bunch of other shops, I was tired of all-male staff who spoke to and made eye contact more with my male partner rather than to me, the one holding the wallet and asking the questions. I left Sticky's feeling like I made two new friends and I LOVE what I found there. Can't recommend this woman-owned place more. read more

This place use to have a great owner and great customer service. However, I bought a hand palm vape piece, and it kept shorting out. The owner said I had a 12 month warranty when I brought it back, and of course this thing is a POS and it broke again. I just went back with the case and warranty, and she changed her policy. She had given me 12 months, but now said it's 30 days. I told her I would take my business online, and she told me that was fine with her. I'll buy my stuff from another local company, but what an IDIOT owner to not take the return on a client that's been loyal for almost a decade!! This is why local businesses go under. Also, word of moth travels FAST!!!! Take your business online or somewhere else like the owner said. Then you won't end up with crappy pieces that don't work! read more

Bought a bong here and it leaked water slowly over the first night. I didn't notice till after I lit smoked and it sat out. It was a silicone molding leak. It was a problem with the silicone base and you could clearly see it. When I attempted to returned the next morning and they wouldn't even look at it because was "used" This policy is harmful and allows for them to sell broken items with no customer protection. If you as a business have zero protection for customers in purchases what is the point of shopping here? Not only won't return but will actively order and purchase from other shops with 3/7 day returns and manufacture issues covered. Out $45.00 total. read more

Would have put 0 stars if it had let me. Went into the shop today, Tyler was the clerk working. Bought a few items, then left. Friend decided to purchase a piece. Returned to store to purchase. Friend asked to see the "bong." Tyler immediately told us he was calling the cops on him. No warning or anything. Said it's illegal to call it a bong and have to call it a water pipe. Friend left. Took him home, returned to the store. Asked to buy vape juice and the same water pipe. He said he would still sell the juice but refused to sell the piece. I asked him if he was really going to miss out on a sale because a different party called it by something incorrectly. Told me yes because he's had enough of us today. My visit to stickeys on was awful staff was very inexperienced, strong profanity and rude discussion from co worker to co worker upon my checkout with no eye contact or expression I felt like I was simply not welcome there or unwanted there. Its nothing like the good vibe shops like moon and puff n stuff. It felt like a strippers dressing room girls fighting on the phone, texting while I'm asking questions and no help with my questions just attitudes. My husband I think its a joke to be honest too expensive too. Needs a wise old man or a Jamaican guy or somebody that is happy to help me. Not just push me out. Close to my house so I have come here a couple times. Always bad attitudes and high prices but it's close so I deal with it. Today was last straw. The two people who were working were sitting at a table in the back when I came in and clearly I was interrupting their tea party. Both of them acted as if it was a chore to help me. Not only that I was not even greeted when I entered the store, they rudely came from the back and said "can I see some ID" now I understand it's the law. I'm nearly 30 years old full facial hair before I was even told hello or welcome I was rudely demanded to hand over my ID so I gladly told them I'll be taking my business down the road to moon smoke shop. Way cheaper and way more friendly. A little farther drive but it's worth it not to deal with this scummy place. Look at the comments, this place is known for bad customer service. have been a repeat customer... was there tonight with my (Ukrainian) Wife (so he remembers us)- the people who work there do not seem to be motivated to lie and cheat you out of every dime they can= PERFECT !!!!!
