In the BYO boxes, they ordered Carnival Cakes, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Peanut Buddy, Cookies & Cream, Monster Cookie, Strawberry Shortcake and Wedding Cake. In the Best Sellers Mini Box, it automatically comes with Wedding Cake, Midnight Magic, Scarlett's Red Velvet, and Strawberry Shortcake flavors. I was very impressed with how beautiful all of the cupcakes were - they really are impressive! I tried the mini Wedding Cake cupcake and the regular sized Carnival Cake cupcake. These were my thoughts on them: - The Carnival Cake was fun to look at, tasted amazing and really had the perfect frosting/cake ratio. I would order this cupcake again in a heartbeat! - The Mini Wedding Cake was pretty disappointing. I expected it to be a plain vanilla flavor and that's basically what it was but it wasn't one of the better ones I've had in my life. I would never order this flavor again after trying this cupcake. All in all, I would order from here again but would stick with the more fun and impressive flavors - seems to be their specialty!

They refused to take it back so I will be purchasing knives, and anything else I need for my kitchen, elsewhere. They have a "no exceptions" 30 day return policy. Since the gift was purchased a couple of weeks prior to our housewarming party, that means that we had to drop everything to get it back within a short amount of time to comply with the policy. No thank you. I'll throw the block in the trash and never walk into a sir La Table location again. Stop and think about what it takes to get a customer to become a habitual shopper at your establishment. Then consider making a decision to lose that customer over 40.00 (rough COGS for the item in question) when the same customer was prepared to hand you at least 600.00 of gross profit in the same transaction. Then add to that what said customer would have likely continued to spend in future visits. At some point corporate stores have decided that a one size fits all approach to individual stores was the way to go. I refuse to cave to them. There are too many other alternatives that respect their customers. Yes, they are often local stores, but that is a bonus.
