They were not the most nor least expensive options, but wowed us with their customer service, industry knowledge and written warranty policy. They also came highly recommended by neighbors and online reviews alike. During installation the crew noted malfunctions with four of the windows received and installed. We had three subsequent house visits/window inspections from Jerry, his son & a regional representative (of note, these took MONTHS and repeated calls to execute). During these inspections various issues with installation were noted and recorded to include missing plugs, chips in windowsills from install, gaps in surrounding window material, and windows screens that don't cover the entire window opening as ordered/designed. Additionally, one large picture window has a very noticeable defect in the middle (as explained by the regional representative it is a blob of glue from the manufacturing process). Despite multiple post-installation inspections, accompanied by written and verbal confirmation of defects with intent to replace or repair, like other reviewers we too have been met with silence from Texas Made Windows and More. Phone calls are not answered and voicemails are not returned. This was a significant expense. Texas Made Windows and More, through their continued silence, has made it clear the defects and promised corrections (despite being provided in writing) will never occur. We do not recommend using Texas Made Windows and More for window replacement services.

The windows look great from a distance and appear to be more energy efficient. However, damage occurred in one very large window to the exterior ledge ( 4 cracks developed). The company sent out a representative and informed us these weee stress fractures related to removing the existing window. We feel that due to the 400 lb weight of the glass window, it was due to the placing of it on the ledge during install. They denied this and denied even fixing it, as the contract states damage in any way to the frame is not their responsibility. This was not going to accomplish anything arguing with them about, so this is just a clear warning to all considering such a large purchase.

They were economical with their cuts, so there was still quite a bit of wood left over which I kept in case of damage in the future. They cleaned everything up very well and left the home looking great.

The tray split down the middle... I thought I could glue it myself, but I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get all the curved edges lined up so I left it to a professional! I'm so glad I did. He quoted me a reasonable price and it did not change it even after I requested extra materials be added to it for good measure. It's back to where it was before the break! He came to my car to get the tray when I dropped it off, he brought it to my car when I picked it up. He was kind and genuine.
