He was also shopping and I told him about my situation. Within 2 days of getting his card Derek had my subaru on the road again. He came to my house and quickly figured out the situation and made some brake lines that would work on the spot, and his price was very economical. Derek is knowledgeable and friendly. The tires took only about a hour to replace and I paid and only noticed the amount due on receipt. On my way home, I looked at the receipt again and noticed that the words - Tiger Paw- were on the receipt and not Cooper, the brand that Craig and I had discussed on the phone the day before. I immediately called him and asked what happened. His excuse was - "I've never heard of Cooper Tires and I have no idea where I would even buy them." After over 10 years of going to Cresswell Auto Repair, I am done. I tell everyone about how honest he is and in reality he is a liar. I will never go back there. He deceived me and sold me tires that I did not ask for, after assuring that he would have the Cooper ones the next day.
