This was a standard option when garage shopping Los Angeles but every garage pro in the area had never sold or seen what I looking for and the closest option, which still didn't satisfy our requirements, was 2-3x the price of most doors. Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. So far, we haven't had any issues and I don't anticipate any but we have a 90-day service warranty and 3 year product warranty. I would definitely recommend their price competitive, high quality services to others!

I was impressed by how pleasant the office staff were on the phone, and how quickly they promised to come out and fix the door (2 hours). However, the tech didn't receive the text and 2 hours ended up being the next day. No big loss or emergency, but there was no service recovery for their mistake either. Tech arrived the following morning, calling both when he was on his way, and when the repair was completed (I was not there because I had taken the previous day off of work to be there). Simple repair of a garage door eye was indeed all that was needed, including wiring. When I received the bill though, I was shocked that I was charged for two hours of labor at the tune of $85.00 per hour (total cost was $234). This is beyond the cost of most trades, and for a simple fix on a garage door. And if part of the $85/hour charge is for the quick response time, then clearly I missed out there too. Again, they were courteous and I appreciated the calls to and from, but make sure you talk price with them up front. Because of that, I will be using someone else in the future.
