I worked at this location with my infant enrolled, and I was very disappointed. First off, the establishment was super dirty. My kid was sick for over a week by just going there, staff didn't properly clean, such as the diaper changing table, didn't refill the kids hand soup all day, properly cleaning the lunch table before and after eating. Secondly, staff wasn't trained properly on anything, examples being ; cleaning procedures, children's names, basic class room rules, extra. Along side of the reoccurring theme, Staff also yell at kids for doing nothing, for example; a 2 year old was playing with cars quietly on the table, he was doing nothing wrongs just playing and a teacher yelled at him telling him to play on the ground or she would take the car away, while the other kids were watching Cocomelon on an iPad. I could go on and on about all the issues with this facility but I won't, I will simply finish by saying, as a parent my self, If you want your kids to get sick all the time and be neglected and yelled at by teachers and staff, this place is perfect. This place is a walking red flag and I'm so glad I pulled my kid out and quit. As for people looking to become a care provider here, I don't recommend it. There is zero training and the management will just throw you in a class with fifth-teen 4 year olds and expect that you know their names, allergies, dietary restrictions, rules and who's in diapers or not and then expect you know where every thing is and know the class schedule. read more

Will never recommend this daycare! We had our son in there less than a week and it was not good. Our son would beg us not to leave him there, but we assumed it was just because it was new. We were very wrong. The first problem was they asked us to bring sunscreen which is no problem, but we went to use the same sunscreen a few days later and it was never even opened. So he was outside in 100 weather with no sunscreen. I brought it up to them and they said they'd remind the teachers. Literally that same exact day we went to pick up our son to find him crying, alone in a corner. The teacher just said he was asking for us. While in the room the teacher began yelling at a child and threatening to call their mom if they didn't listen. Then half of the class was on the teacher's phone watching a movie. Once we got our son in his carseat we could tell he was bright red, he immediately fell asleep which is not normal for him at all. Once we got him home we realized he was burning up. His temperature was over 102!! We did everything we could try to do to get his fever down. We ended up having to go to the hospital where they said it was most likely due to heat exhaustion or a virus. Either way he was crying and had a fever and we were never notified. Our son said he told the teacher multiple times he did not feel good and it was not taken seriously. I will say the only good thing of the situation was a women named Nicole. She was very apologetic and empathetic. As for the director, it took her 2 days to call after pulling our son and complaining and she said was sorry that their daycare was not a good fit...
