They did not try to check if I could still see the doctor today or try to schedule me for another day. I immediately cancelled my future cleaning appointments and will not come back again. My wife will do the same. It isn't the first time they messed up things. For at least 2-3 times, they had to charge extra than they initially claimed. They once charged my wife extra for my previous visit but I already paid what they claimed the cost would be during that visit. For another time they didn't file claim to my insurance correctly and I found it after 6 months and notified them. I mean I only started visiting them since like 2 years ago and their error rate was so high. I don't recommend to any one.

As part of the first appt, they ran standard tests and scans for a holistic profile. I discussed my issues with Dr.Neha (she's awesome btw and great bedside manners) and she was quick, to the point and outlined various treatment options I could choose from. Part that I was impressed with the most was, the flexibility with which the staff and dentist modified the plan of action then and there to fit my need and treated me, instead of cleaning which is what I went in for originally. Just as the pandemic started, I tried switching to another dentist recommended nearby, but their equipment didn't seem adequately clean (splatters on the light above and the sunglasses they gave me--at the start of pandemic times no less, it was so gross!!!). So I super-researched dentists and was so happy to find Redmond Dental with stellar reviews and longstanding expertise. They took my insurance and also could help with my in-laws' dental needs which was such a relief too! As a patient of Dr. Tung, I really appreciate all the rigor she has placed on setting up a welcoming practice (including safety measures for COVID that have adjusted as needed and are as practical as possible for both patients and her staff).
