I found a thermal "waffle" crew neck shirt for just over $15 with tax and the staffer at the register was friendly and efficient. I've noticed that not all UA stores are good about asking if you are a loyalty member, but he did and even got my friend to sign up, so overall a great experience!

Would have preferred spending a bit more to have some performance fabric/synthetic options that would last dramatically longer. What I got were shirts that are Tultex brand 4.5oz cotton lightweight. Staff aren't particularly friendly. Asked if they had a particular sweatshirt in small for my child, the response was "What we have is out on the floor", no offer to come help me look, and even then I know the response is not entirely correct, because while walking to the store, one of their staff was re-stocking out of a room on the other corner of the front of the building that you'd access via the outside. So if everything is on the floor, then why is there a separate room with boxes of product piled floor to ceiling (they left the door open)? Oh, they'll also try to sell you a bag to carry your items in, even if you say no at first.

Another sales dept employee who was helping her put back downhill ski boots after about 5 minutes said he would get someone to assist. After waiting another 20 minutes we left and the saleswoman never even looked up or responded. I was a retail shoe salesman and you actually can go back and forth with two customers. Either crappy training or uncaring sales people.
