Janis Jeffers and Brooks Patterson who are both in the same office were referred. I called their office at what happened to be their lunch hour, I left a message. Within 10 minutes of thier lunch hour being over I received a call back. We set up an appointment for 3:00 PM (less than 1 hour later). I went to their office, filled out the typical paper work and was seen very quickly. (The office was busy) In probably 20 minutes Dr. Patterson had X-rays and the crown cemented back in place. Dr Patterson made a recommendation to see my dentist local to where I live for a permanent solution. The residents of Islamorada are very lucky to have such quality dental care as what is provided by this office. I highly recommend them. Everyone from the office staff, the dental assistant, the dentist and other patients were in good moods and happy to be there. For such a bummer reason to visit their office I am glad I had the opportunity.

Ever since she joined the team she has been a real hateful lady. I do not speak insurance and her "you people" comments is a total turn off. She ruins the entire office. That was when I came across Key Largo Dental Associates, they had amazing reviews and accepted emergency patients so first thing in the morning I came in and the staff was immediately welcoming & attentive. They were able to squeeze me in that same day & extract my wisdom tooth! I was extremely anxious before my treatment but both Dr. Patels' sat with me and listened to my concerns and talked me through the procedure until their complete confidence became mine. I felt as if I couldn't get out of the chair until I gave in. He put a lot of fear into me. Very car salesman vibe or as if you were in the witness stand being manipulated in a cross examination. I was skeptical and got a second opinion with an ER doctor and an Orthopedic Surgeon whom both stated the injury will simply heal on its own and surgery is not necessary. I already had the ultrasound scheduled elsewhere, but they still refused to provide the mammogram. This hospital does not seem to prioritize patient care, and it feels like they are more focused on overcharging locals rather than properly serving the community. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this facility, and I believe it should be reevaluated for its practices.
