While we desperately waited to get a new unit approved by the manufacturer, Sutton's paid for a portable unit so we could at least cool our primary bedroom for our dogs and even paid for two nights of a hotel for us. I don't know if they are able to do that for everyone but they always did the best they could and had excellent communication about what was going on. I cannot express how grateful we are to Joe (owner) and Andy (tech). In addition to being astronomically busy on the business side with 14-16 service calls a day, they both have/had some heavy personal things going on but they always answered our calls and texts. He knew the problem and he ordered the part and Jeremy and Brian installed it when they said they would. I had them inspect my other unit and he took pictures and videos in the attic to show us in detail that system is also leaking and bad. They are scheduled to come back and fix my 2nd unit. They also inspected the 3rd unit and cleaned the coil. They know there stuff, they don't drag their feet. What a great company. They are stuck with me now because they are the only company I will call for hvac. Btw Jeremy did a fantastic job too to open up the scuttle hole we needed. Just an all around good people. I highly recommend them. You just don't get this type of service anymore.

Needed a new A/C unit installed because dog had been urinating on the previous outdoor system…read more Spoke with Jason who was able to get me a reasonable quote for a new unit installed. They were very patient and listened to my concerns as I had just been ripped off by a different competing place who had been out three times including charging us for coolant when it was spot on obvious there was corrosion and a leak (I do not recommend Simply The Best). Jason provided the quote and the install was done within a few days which is excellent response time considering I was in a jam and summer is here. Installers were very professional and even had the job done under the quoted time frame and did preventative maintenance on the other existing unit. Recommended. Straight forward, friendly and professional and don't play games with you like some of the other guys. We need integrity living in Arizona with the heat and I can say based on my experience, Northern Air provides exactly that! Thanks again and will use in the future for all cooling and heating needs!
