I purchased a washer dryer combo from them, they told me it was new. It broke down six months after purchase. I went into the store to ask for repair, and the owner, who said that his name was Hadi tod me that he would repair it for free since I called the manufacturer who made the machine and they started asking me questions about where did I purchase it from and the location of the store. Now, he's keeps giving mr times that he would have a repairman come by that is after the store closes. I'm started to think that I will need to contact the newpapers, and the investigator on the news networks io assist me in making sure that I get this unit serviced.

Mike was prompt, efficient and very well mannered throughout my Maytag dryer repair (bad Idle arm pulley/roller, front load model). The service was topped off at a fair price, less than double of what I payed if I purchased Maytag's Repair +1 (add one year warranty) service option.
