I prefer Winners more because the women's size 11 shoe section is much better than Marshalls. I was pleased to see a size 10 and 11 section. The problem? I didn't find a single pair of size 11 shoes. It's the main reason why I am not a regular at any Marshalls store. It is rare to find footwear in my size unless I dip into the men's section. I do continue to check Marshalls out, including this one. I spotted two Kipling bags at this store. One had the signature monkey. The other one didn't. Both were $59. The women's clothing section was tiny. I liked a sweatshirt with cherries. I also loved a sweater that had LOVE on it. The cosmetics section was great. Nail care was slim pickings. The setup at this store is interesting. The checkout counter is at the very back of the store. The fitting room is on the right when you walk into the store. The men's section was practically non-existent. So weird. I'm happy that I dropped by. I didn't pick up anything, but at least I know that this store exists. (52)

My personal experiences with this store are great! I'll admit a lot of times I know what I want and don't really need a lot of help as a customer, have only had to return one thing and it was no issue at all and I love their selection of everything. Can be pricey, but no more so than many stores so I wait for the sales if there's something on my "wish" list rather than my "gotta have" or "need" list.

Unfortunately they were one size too big and I wanted a different band on the pants, so I ended up taking them back to exchange for another pair. Because it wasn't long after Christmas, there was a line up and the store was really busy. I didn't have to wait long before I got into the store and I headed right back to where the women's pants were kept. Now the store was so busy that I couldn't actually get AT the pants I wanted to look at but after a few minutes of waiting behind some customers that wouldn't move, a store associate came up and asked if I needed help. I told her I was doing an exchange and that I liked the band that was on the display manniquin. She quickly pulled it out in the two sizes I was looking for (one was tall and she informed me that they did free hemming if that size was right in the end) and suggested a few other bands I could try. I got in line for the changerooms and had a bit of a wait before I was put into a room. Now I'm a lulu virgin. Having never bought anything for myself, my boyfriend is more familiar with the actual store than I am. The ladies at the back were super busy but all of them were super friendly and very very nice. One of them put me in a changeroom, told me her name and to let her know if I needed anything. I tried a few pairs on and then she knocked at my door to make sure everything was going okay. I ended up deciding on a pair that was tall and would need to be hemmed and came out and told the girl at the changerooms. She put me up on the little stepstool, showed me what she recommended for length and marked it. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a bunch of trying on. They brought me over to sign the alterations book and then I went up to the cash. I guess I didn't realize there was some kinda thing I had to fill out beyond that but they were super nice about it, had me fill it out at the cash and did the exchange in a matter of two minutes. I came back on the day my alterations were supposed to be ready and it was (thankfully) MUCH less busy, so I was able to peruse the store a bit before picking up my pants. And again, the staff here are so very friendly and approachable. I was asked if I needed help more than once and it wasn't pushy AT ALL. My pants turned out perfect and I'm in love with them. Overall, a great experience at this location, I'll be back for sure just because the staff was so very friendly!!

You can actually walk between the aisles without having to barge your way past other shoppers or racks of clothes packed so tightly together that only a supermodel is thin enough to get by without being ambushed. There is a huge clearance section at the back, and staff are always helpful in finding something for you if you can't find the size or colour in stock.

The quality of the clothes is fantastic, good for all seasons, and often with good discount offers. It's worth looking for what promotions they have because some items are very expensive. Worth it, but always better if you can pick it up for less. They give discounts to teachers, military and students with I.D.
